marci shook her head, getting out of the car and walking to river. she grabbed his hand and smiled. “look on the good side of homeschool. we can cuddle while we do it.”

river nodded his head, stepping back so she could exit the car. squeezing her hand, he led her inside and checked himself in, soon enough being called by a nurse. making sure marcella was okay, he followed the nurse into a room with a few other people. he sat down as instructed, holding his arm out afterwards.

marcella smiled to river, sighing a bit as he left. she pulled out her phone. she texted kat, bored out of her own mind. ‘hey boo, miss me yet?’ she sent, a cheeky grin on her lips.

river leaned back into the seat, sighing softly. kat lifted her phone, chuckling at the text she had received from marcella. 'hell yeah i do. there's nobody else to hang out wiiith. ):' she sent back.

marcella chuckled softly. ‘i know, you shoulda come with me! we coulda had a party in the waiting room!’ she grinned, before tapping on river’s contact and sending him a heart.

kat read the text, pouting slightly. 'i knoow. but i needed to fix up my room. i'll come next time, we'll bring party hats and everything.' she replied. river lifted his phone, chuckling quietly. moving to the camera, he took a picture of himself with a thumbs up and kissy lips before sending it to marcella.

marcella grinned. ‘suuuree. maybe you just wanted to torture mee.’ she sent to kat, breaking out in laughter at river’s text. ‘great, now everybody in the waiting room is looking at me.’

kat rolled her eyes with a laugh at marcella's text. 'sorry bb.' she typed out. river read the text as it appeared on his phone, smiling slightly. 'lucky them. ):'
