ryo reached into his pockets as he took out his keys. he was guessing this was going to be a long misunderstanding. he did a mental note that he would have to text his friends that he was not going to be making it to their dinner. he unlocked the door and opened it, holding it open for the women infront of him. "thankfully it's still warm in here.", he said, since he had turned off the heater just moments ago. he closed the door behind her when she got her belongings inside his apartment. his locked the door and began to walk down the hallways, pausing as he turned on the heater for this place. "sorry that this place is messy. i'm kinda too busy to unpack and clean", he said with a small sigh. "please, make yourself at home.", he added as he slipped out of his jacket. he hung it over a chair and went into the kitchen as he began to take out his tea pot. he was pretty determined to make some tea, and he was sure he had some cookies left from the bin he had bought two days ago. "hmm... actually the owner should be a women.", he said, but stayed silent as she called someone. while she was speaking to someone he began to make the tea, humming softly as he took two cups from his cabinet. he placed the tea bags inside before he poured in the water, taking out the sugar and honey. he finished up and looked over to her. "so what did they say?" he said, curiously as he took out the tray of sugar cookies.

yuna | junior | bored, hungry

yuna gave a slight nod before turning her attention to the boy named jin. she hadn't noticed him before so this was the first time she was actually taking note of him. she held onto the strap of her backpack, ignoring others stares as she went to take the empty seat. she looked down and placed her backpack by her side, brushing her hair out of her face, and taking a seat. she hoped that the annoying guy wouldn't bother her anymore. she had promised not to fight anymore, but she wasn't going to let other people just push her around. she held a neutral expression, getting her notebook and a pencil from her backpack, before placing them on the desk. she looked up at the teacher before meeting eyes with a couple of people. her lips naturally curled into a smile, making the other smile at her back before they turned away embarrassed. throughout the class time she could fell her desk partner's gaze on her. she tried her best to ignore it until class was over. she lifted her hands in the air as she let out a small yawn, her shirt slightly rising to show her stomach. "hmm, do i have something on my face?", she asked, directing it to jin, before her attention was taken away by some random students. yuna placed her hands on her desk, crossing them with each other as she spoke to a few students. mostly about where she came from, but cut it short as she said she needed to go to the restroom. she stood up from her desk as she headed out the door, wanting to get away from everyone.

Mieko looks down at her phone, staring blankly at it until she hears the guy ask her something. She looks at him before glancing back at her phone. "The person changed his phone number. I don't have any other way of contacting him" she answers, turning to face the guy but she keeps her head down. She was slowly realizing that she might have been tricked. Her eyes begin to fill with tears. "How could anyone do that?" she asks sadly, mostly to herself. She glances around the room for the first time, just noticing how messy her surroundings are. As she looked she notices a spare room in the corner of her eye and got an idea. Looking at the man, she gets closer to him and puts her hands together. "Sir, can I please stay here with you? I don't have anywhere else to go." she begs. She reaches in her pocket and she scramble to find her wallet. She brought some of her saving to help her make through the first month by herself before she can find a job. She shoves her wallet into his chest. "You can have the rest of my money. I don't have much though, but I can... I can..." she trails off. She really didn't have many skills, just cooking and cleaning. Although, remembering back to how the man said he was so busy that might be useful to him. "I can cook and clean for you too. So please." she begs once more, looking pleasingly into the man's eyes.

Jin's eye widens when he realizes that Yuna caught his gaze on her during class. He turns his head away as a crowd gather around the new student, trying to act inconspicuous. He couldn't help but hear the conversation beside him, but he didn't hear much before it was cut off by Yuna as she excused herself to the restroom. He again glances her way as she made her way to the door. He shifts in his chair, wondering if he should follow her and say the things he wanted to say to her. He made a move to get up but thought for a moment that it might be weird for him to follow her to the restroom. Whatever, he'll just try to catch her beforehand. He exits the classroom and looks for the girl. When he sees her down the hall, he calls out to her. "Uh, hey Yuna." He jogs up to her. He doesn't wait for her to turn around and address before speaking to her. "I just wanted to say thanks for this morning with that guy. And sorry for leaving you alone with him. And uh, that's it." he finished and was about to turn away when he notices a familiar group of people approaching them. One of them was the guy that was harassing him earlier. He pauses and looks to the girl as the group notices them and begins to walk closer to them. He isn't really surprised when they bypass her and walks straight up to him, except for the one guy earlier who gives her a snarl. "Oh look. It's the little brat again." one of the comments. "What should we do today?" Jin just looks at them and waits to finish, so he can assess the situation and find the best way to escape.

ryo stayed silent, not wanting to break it to the girl that she might have been scammed. he was also surprised about it since he had only head about things like this through the news. he never thought he would have met someone who was actually scammed. he could only imagine what the girl was going through. ryo felt like he had been punched in the stomach when she began to cry, not knowing how to react since he was never good with girls crying. he placed his cup of tea down onto the small table infront of the couch. "it will be fine. maybe if you contact the police they will be able to track the person you scammed you.", he said, trying to comfort her. he turned to look at her as he watched her cry, not really knowing what to do. he didn't want to step out of line and touch her since he didn't really know her that well to do so. "um, what??", he said, taken aback by her demand to stay. ryo looked at her for a long moment as he took time to process what she said. "but you don't even know me and i'm a guy. aren't you afraid of staying here.", he said. he didn't know if maybe this was a joke, since he didn't want to deal with the girl. after all, he was a guy and he didn't know if the girl would do anything weird to him. he looked at her, before he jumped slightly as he was attacked with her money, which really wasn't much. he looked at the girl, his worries leaving since he noticed how desperate she was. "I guess you can stay, but you'll have to work for your keep. i can't let you live here for free, especially since I don't even know you.". he said, sternly, since he didn't believe everything would be given for free. he grabbed her money and handed it back to her. "keep this money, but you can't stay here forever. you should invest this so you can find a job and eventually get on your own feet.", he said.


yuna | junior | bored, having fun

yuna had lied about going to the bathroom since she just wanted to get away from everyone. she really wasn't about being the center of attention when she wasn't in need of using someone. especially now that she was planning on leaving all the fighting and delinquent actions behind her, she didn't feel like making friends with everyone. although, her old self-kept nagging her to make friends with the popular kids in case she had to ask a favor of them. she let out a sigh and began to ran her hands through her hair, feeling like she was going crazy. she heard her name being called and looked over her shoulder to her desk neighbour. she moved her hands out of her hair as she turned to face him. "yeah.", she said, not really having much manner, except for her delinquent mannerism. she looked down at him, since she happened to be slightly taller than him. she listened to him talk, and she didn't really know what he was talking about. she hadn't really noticed him when she had been arguing with the bully since he had escaped before she had acknowledged his presence. "no problem.", she said with a smile, not correcting him since she didn't feel like telling him she had no clue what he was talking about. she nodded slightly and watched him about to leave before jin was quickly surrounded by bullies. yuna raised her eyebrows slightly as she was snarled by the guy from earlier. "if it isn't mr.creepo.", she said, ignoring the guys comeback since she didn't bother to listen. her attention moved onto jin. her interesed was peeked since it was clearly a gang of bullies. yuna contemplated for a second what to do, though quickly responded as she slipped through the bullies and stood by the jin's side. "hey, what do you guys wants with my friend?", she asked with a smirk, her arm wrapped around Jin's shoulder as she pulled him to her side. "don't tell me you creepo's are planning to bully us. don't you know you'll get in trouble for that, idiots." She said with a laigh, a few passing students staring at them, mainly due to the new girl's action since everyone ignored the bullies activity.

Mieko didn't even consider the fact that she was begging to stay a random guy, a stranger, or the potential dangers that could come with that. At this point she was desperate. There wasn't any option for her. It was either this or she'll be out on the streets. Or she had to go back to where she used to live with her boyfriend. She didn't want to do that. It took forever for her to get the courage to get out of there in the first place. She doesn't if she could do it a second time. Plus, she didn't really sense any danger from this guy. After all, he did invite her in and offer to help her out when he could have just declined and went on his way. She looks down sadly at first when he couldn't believe what she said, thinking that he wasn't going to let her stay. She perks up when he eventually agrees to her request with his added conditions. Even with his stern tone, she was grateful that he let her stay. "Thank you, sir." she exclaims brightly. She nods as he hands her back her money. "Yes, I will. I never had a job before, but I'll try my best to get one." she says. She was going to anyways, but now she is extra motivated to do so. So she can pay her part for the apartment and hopefully get her own place quickly too. "And like I said before, I'll help with chores as well." Feeling that she need to do something immediately to replay him, she offers, "I could get started on that now. Do you need me to clean anything? Or maybe I should make something for you to eat. It's almost dinner time." She looks around the apartment for something to do, forgetting completely about settling and unpacking her stuff. Remembering something suddenly, she turns to the guy and says, "Ah, I just realized I haven't introduced myself. I'm Mieko."

Jin waits for the group to speak but was surprised when they were interrupted by Yuna sliding by them and next to Jin. He started wide-eyed at her as she puts her arm around and begins speaking to the bullies. He at first had no idea what to do. This has never happened before when he was dealing with whoever was harassing. He could feel the stares from passing students and it was making him uncomfortable. He was just so used to being ignored by others when this happened. He simply just stood there staring at Yuna for the moment. It seems this confused the bullies as well as they seem a little speechless too. At first anyways, but soon the leader of the little gang bursts out laughing. Jin turns his attention back to the group at this point. "Yeah right, like anyone would be this loser's friend." he says with a cackle. Soon, the whole group followed with laughter. After the laughfest, the guy walks closer to them and speaks this time addressing Yuna. "Run along little girly. I know you're new, so don't try and pretend your friends with this guy. You just met today." he proclaims while shooing away Yuna. Jin could hear some of the passing students muttering before walking way. However, they stopped when he suddenly tells the bully, "Just because she's new to this school doesn't mean we haven't met before. We could have met outside of school." Jin's eyes widen when he realizes what he just said. This made the guy turns his attention straight at Jin. "What did you say?" the guy asks threatening. Jin just stayed quiet, cursing himself for putting him in this situation. Now there's no way of escape. The guy just looks at him maliciously for a moment before turning his attention back to Yuna. "So, is that true? He met you outside of school and you two are 'friends'" he asks her with a mocking tone. That wasn’t exactly what Jin meant when he spoke, he just was stating a way how they might know each other.

ryo didn't know what he had just done. he was just too nice of a guy to deny her a space here, and it wasn't like anyone was using the spare room since he just had it incase someone important to him would stay over for a night or too. though, now there wasn't really much he could do and take back his words. he placed his hands on his lap as he looked over at the girl. his anger calmed down from seeing her relieved face. "well you're welcome, but remember to try your best to find a stable job. after all, you have to choose a job you think you can do forever.", he said, since she couldn't live on by just having a minumum wage job. he looked at her and gave a nod when she would help out with chores. it would be the least she could do since she was going to be depending on him. "it's fine, maybe we should order some food in tonight since we will both clean up. it seems like too much you could handle.", he said, standing up from the couch as he cleaned up his empty cup of tea. "well it's nice to meet you Mieko, guess will be roommates from now on." he said, flashing her a soft smile. "what would you like to eat? It's my treat since you've had a long day."


yuna || junior || stealing kisses

yuna watched the gang laugh, though kept calm as she stood by jin's since she wasn't afraid if they ended up hitting her or something. she listened to them, though she was basically ignoring them as she turned to look at jin. she checked if he had been anywhere before she butted in, though he seemed fine. her eyes widen slightly at his comment. 'so the little mouse can speak...', she thought to herself since she thought jin was a pushover, maybe her idea of him was wrong. "yeah, we could have met before school, you bullies.", she said, agreeing with jin's statement, although the bullies had been right that she barely had meet jin. "actually, we aren't really friends...", she said, taking a pause after that as she turned her head to look down at jin. she flashed him a small smirk as her hand that was lifted around his shoulder grabbed his chin gently, tilting his head up as she leaned her head down and pressing a soft kiss against his lips. she held a satisfied smile as she turned to look over to the bullies. "...he's actually my boyfriend.", she said, resting her head against his. she heard a few students gasp, and people beginning to whisper to each other.

Meiko feels herself getting a little worried as he tells her about getting a stable job. She really didn't really have any real skills aside from cleaning and cooking. There is also playing the piano, but she hasn’t touched a piano since she moved in with his boyfriend. So, she's not sure how many people would hire her. Even though she was worried, she still gives him a bright smile and nods enthusiastically. "I'll be fine with anything you choose. I don't really have a preference." she answers when he asks her what to order for dinner. Beside that she really didn't have preference. She also didn't really feel right choosing since she was feels already intruding on him already. Looking down at her bags, she thinks she should put them somewhere. She figures that she could put in the spare room, 'her room', but she still thinks she should ask first. "Um, mister..." she calls out to the guy, pausing when she realized that she didn't know his name. "Oh, I just realized that I never asked for your name." she says with a bit of surprise in her voice. "I guess we didn't really get a chance properly introduce ourselves." she remarks with a chuckle. "So, uh, what's your name and do you mind if I have these bags in the spare room?" she asks, gesturing to the room.

Jin could feel people gathering around them, making him squirm a little. He shrinks back when Yuna says the truth about their friendship or the lack thereof, thinking that she was going to just excuse herself and leave him by himself looking stupid. After all, there is no reason why she would stick around. However, he was surprised when turns to glance at her with her playful expression. Before he could say anything to defend himself or even form a thought, he is interrupted by her lips on his. He stares at her wide eyed as she rests her head on his head. He could hear people talking in the background but couldn't hear exactly what they were saying. He was still trying to process what happened. He wasn't sure if the bullies said anything before they were interrupted by a teacher telling the group to start getting to class as it's starting soon. When the rest of the students left, he finally realized what happened and pushes himself away from Yuna. He puts his hand to his lips before cupping his hand over his mouth and looking up at Yuna. "W-what was that?" he asks, removing his hand from his mouth and backing away from the girl. For the first time in his high school life, he has totally forgotten about getting to class.

(So sorry that this is so late. >.< I was a little busy with Canada Day and work the past few days.)
