Magnus - 20 - Vampire - Location: Suburbs-Pond

Magnus lifted a brow not exactly understanding her meaning of no one to disturb them. "Er, yes there's that as a plus too I suppose." He said looking out of the corner of his eye though she wasn't by his side. He walked a good distance, they were off the path but near the pond more so as it was just better to be nearer the water than just taking a boring path. The trees were scattered near the lip of the water and his footsteps crunched on dead leaves that hadn't been cleaned up yet. There were no bird calls that you'd hear in an actual forest this time of night, but just crickets chirping and the faint falling of water from the fountain up ahead. He scented the air, there wasn't even an animal nearby. Magnus was still pondering what he would have to do to get his next fix as he was out of blood bags. He gritted his teeth in thought.

Jace - 22 - Human - Location: Work Place

She had scoffed. "I take what I need when I need it. He's not my first nor my last." She was bemused by his attacker, she hadn't expected him to actually intervein. Jace had moved out of the way now, wide eyed at what was happening before him. Tom was on her just like that and had her pinned. Tom was yelling at him to go and Jace could only stare in disbelief and shook his head slightly before running over to his car and jumping in. Jace sped off and down the street. With her meal gone, Sabrina hissed back, kicking and clawing at Tom. "How dare you even..! Raagh!" She yelled as she tried to get free. He was stronger than her and she knew it but her blood thirst was what kept her going.
Jace had now left and was still driving. He wasn't thinking of where to go at this instant but just had kept replaying the events that just occurred still in shock. He thought about Tom throughout what they talked and how he seemed normal. "But his eyes..?" He saw Sabrina had red eyes as well. But what were they? He thought back to what Tom said, monster. But that was a generic term and didn't tell him anything of what they were. Red eyes were clearly not normal. Jace drove on contemplating what to do, if to go back and make sure Tom was alright or jus head home and act like nothing happened and search for answers later. Jace wiped a hand down his face with the other still on the steering wheel. He decided he would just deal with this tomorrow he can't do anything if he knows nothing. So, he drove home.

Sarah nodded as she listened to him. She kept on following after him as she looked around. She still had the knife in her pants leg which was good. She looked at him for a second before slowly reaching for the knife. Sarah didn't want him to know what she was going to do. After she had a hold of it, she went in for the attack. Sarah didn't care if he hated her. She wasn't sussopse to make friends with vampires in the first place. She was a hunter anyways.

Tom winced when he felt her claw him. She stared down at her as his eyes were still red. He didn't bother of looking back at Jace. He wanted to get rid of the vampire right in front of him. She could attack him once more which he didn't want to happen. " I should finish you off. " He said, as he looked down at her. He then got off her as the kicking and clawing was getting to him. He looked down to see she managed go get him, and he was bleeding from the wounds. He looked back at her as he narrowed his eyes. Tom didn't know what to tell Jace if he ever did bump to him again. He didn't want him to see him like this at all.

Magnus - 20 - Vampire - Location: Suburbs-Pond

Magnus walked along, allowing her some space to roam without having to be near him. It was a mistake. It ended up that Sarah turned on him choosing to do so as his back was turned. Magnus was stunned and ended up turning last minute to see her having a knife and in a slashing motion. He avoided her but not without getting a large gash on his upper arm from the turn. "Wha?!" He said angrily and his eyes changed to vampire, a light scarlet color with black flakes near the pupil. Usually he could control the evil side of him well enough but when caught off guard he definitely couldn't. He turned his face into a snarl. "What are you doing?" He said with his teeth bared down.

Jace - 22 - Human - Location: Home

Sabrina was furious and fought until he got off of her. She wanted to shove him away but avoided more complications, he was willing to let her live. Without a word she stared angrily then darted off as fast as she could run, to find another victim.
Jace made it home and had staggered into the doorway, a little roughed up, tired, and definitely clueless. He needed a drink but decided otherwise. He instead undressed and headed to bed, looking up at the ceiling where his thoughts could play out. After so much time thinking about it, he decided he would just contact Tom later. It was the only way he could figure to find an answer to his questions and to have peace of mind to fall asleep.

Sarah

Sarah looked at the male when he turned to her. She took a step back as she looked at him. A chuckle ecasped from her as she grinned. " Ah, I know you weren't human. You know, you shouldn't always trust some people. " She said, as she looked at him. She wanted him dead. That was for sure. His kind killed her family. The girl noticed she had gotten him in the arm. A smirk came across her face as she carefully watched the male.

Tom

Tom scoffed as she watched the girl run off. At least Jace was safe. Honestly, he was to scared to contact the male. The thought of him thinking he was a monster just was in his head. This was why Tom tried not to be friends with vampires. Something always had to happen. He looked down at his wound before making his way home. Tom decided to leave his bike near Jace's work. He could get it tommrow morning. At least his wounds would heal. That was the good thing. Soon, Tom made it home. He went upstairs before laying down on his bed. He stared at his phone before sighing. What would Jace even say to him when he saw him?

Magnus blocked out her words as they left him more irritated and didn't provide answers. She was smiling as if she had a sense in knowing what she was doing and had done it before. She wasn't at all fearful of him with the drastic change of eye color. "I have a choice you know. To be like one of you or to be my own kind. Now here's your choice; toss the knife and we can remain civil. Or if you want me to be like my own kind, bring it on." He challenged her with his arms spread.

Jace - 22 - Human - Location: Home

( Yeah, sounds good. )

A chuckle ecasped the girl as she grinned at him. Throwing the knife away wasn't going to be a option for her. " No way am I throwing the knife away. " She said, before she charged at him. The girl once again tried to strike him with the knife. Her words didn't matter to her, or what he was going to say. She hated vampires, and he was one. There was no feelings what so ever to him unless he could change it. For now, she just didn't like him.

Magnus decided to be more or less assertive. He wanted her not to attack him or hurt him for the matter but he wasn't going to put up with this inferior girl. Magnus swayed aside the arm with the weapon and grabbed her wrist. He could snap it if he wished but he only looked into her defiant eyes with his mildly tempered ones. For a moment he thought of biting her right there and then but he knew better. He looked at the weapon that was still in her hand held into the air as he was holding her wrist. He gave a hiss as he shoved her arm away. He stood a few paces away from her calming his breathing as he looked her up and down trying to figure out what to do with her. "Do you wish to kill me?" He asked his face unreadable and bowed slightly to shadow his face but his eyes glowed nonetheless.

Sarah's eyes widen when he had grabbed her wrist. Ok, this wasn't good. She looked at him as she narrowed her eyes. The girl still had no respect for this guy. When he showed her away, she took a couple of steps back. She stared at the male as she didn't say anything yet. A few seconds later, a laugh came from the female. Why would he ask her that? Of course she wanted to kill him. If she didn't then she wouldn't of have even attacked him in the first place. " Of course. Why would you even ask? I hate all vampires. Especially what they did to me. " She said. She didn't bother of telling him what happened to her parents. It was personal to her. Very personal.

Magnus blinked. Then narrowed his eyes. "What they did to her? Was she bitten?" If so, it ends up she remained perfectly human. He would have been thoroughly impressed if she had managed to kill her first attacking vampire. Her laugh was unsettling it always seemed to linger in his ears even afterwards. "I ask because do I really look like i'm a threat? Do you think I always want to be what I am ever single day for how long as I have lived?" He didn't want to get into his life long story so he cut it short to that. "You should know, vampires have families as well just like any human. Do you ever think of how many families you had destroyed in the process of slaying? I'm not sure how many you actually have, but i'm guessing a lot by how ballsy you are do come at me the way you had." Magnus straightened up at the point he made. "I understand about killing the wild ones who do not fit in society... But someone like me? Psh, I mean no threat and work closely to people and you don't see me biting neck after neck!" He threw up his arms emphasizing. He found himself rambling now so he shut up after making an agitated growl of frustration but quickly had something else to say. He hasn't come across someone who found out he was vampire in several year and now this was his chance to possibly explain himself, "Sometimes I welcome death. Other times I live on the edge of it as I am not really living. Whenever I have to feed I don't notice it in the moment but afterwards I notice what a disgusting thing I am." He said as he looked out of the corner of his eye at her.

Sarah narrowed her eyes at him. Family? They had taken her family. " My family was killed thanks to your kind. Do you think it's right to leave a 7 year old behind to try to live on their own? You know, I wonder why they left me alive. They should of killed me so I didn't have to go through what I do. I have no respect for your kind at all, and nothing will change that. " She said. She could feel her eyes start to water so she wiped them. " I had to grow up without a family on my own. Survive on my own at a young age. It was no fun. " She said, before she looked away from him. She didn't make eye contact with him at all. She didn't say anything at his last comment as she simply didn't care.
