"A pet is a Pokemon that doesn't battle and they live in the house." said Alessa quietly. She was relieved once they were carried out of the lab. "You're a sweet one." said Lusamine, smiling to Eevee, "You remind me of my girl's Vulpix." Lusamine hoped that Lillie and Gladion were okay on their travels. She brought the small white Pokemon upstairs and into the mansion. As she brought them to her office, Lusamine set them down and shut the door. She went to a drawer full of different kinds of Pokemon food. "Let's see..." she murmured, "Ah, here's some extra food that Snowy enjoyed." Lusamine got a bowl and poured the food into it. She then searched for some food that Alessa might like.

"That seems nice!' Eevee said excitedly as they were carried, her tails wagging as she did so. When she was set down in the office she began sniffing around, before the sound of food caught her attention. She happily ran over and began scarfing it down, she did indeed like it, and it made her happy to have a full belly.

Lusamine didn't have any food made for Poochyena, so she wasn't sure what to feed Alessa. "I suppose you could try some of Snowy's food." she said, setting another bowl down. Alessa slowly wandered over to them, she sniffed the food. She took a bite, then shook her head; it was too sweet for her. "You don't like sweet food?" mumbled Lusamine, "Okay, let's try some bitter food." She dumped the rest of Snowy's food into Eevee's bowl, then gave Alessa a few pieces of the bitter food. Alessa took a piece and ate it; it wasn't exactly a Rawst berry, but it had the flavor of a Rawst berry. She yipped quietly, signaling that she liked the food. "Looks like we have a winner." said Lusamine, pouring more of the food into Alessa's bowl.

Eevee ate all her food, and then she felt like she was about to burst, she hiccuped happily and looked around for a place to lay. She found a spot in the sun and yanwed happily as she laid down, her tails wagging as she looked over at Alessa, "Those foods were so good!" she said happily, "I have never been so full." she said as she relaxed and rolled so that her belly was facing up and her paws were in the air.

Alessa nodded to Eevee as she ate her food. Lusamine returned to her desk to work on some paperwork. The pup finished, then wandered around the office. She jumped as she saw something stand up from the corner. Lusamine's Herdier had woken up from his nap and noticed the two new Pokemon in the office. He didn't appear to be aggressive with them as he looked at them, then went to bother Lusamine for some food.

Eevee saw the herdier and scrambled up with a whine, she bolted and went next to Alessa, startled, "Who's that?" she asked as she looked at the Herdier, sniffing at the larger pokemon, "Is he a pet to?" she wondered curiously as he went to Lusamine, he seemed nice at least.Eevee was just a little jumpy at the moment, she approached the herdier though and sniffed at him, "Hello!" she said happily, her tails wagged.

"I think so..." said Alessa, nodding some to Eevee. Herdier looked to Eevee and didn't say anything, but he dipped his head to her. He didn't really speak much. Herdier sat next to Lusamine's chair and barked at her. Lusamine set her pen down as she looked to Herdier. "You missed breakfast, sorry." said Lusamine, poking his nose, "You'll have to wait." Herdier pouted, then barked again before spinning in a circle. "Fine, fine..." she said, getting up, "But don't expect me to do this again." Lusamine and Herdier went to the drawer. Of course Lusamine would never let her Pokemon go hungry and Herdier knew it. She gave him his favorite blend of food, then returned to her desk.

Eevee watched happily, her tail kept wagging, she seemed so nice, she was pretty sure she was going to like Lusamine. She happily yipped and nuzzled Alessa's cheek, "Want to nap with me? And then maybe we can play!" she said eagerly, ready to have some fun with her new friend in their new home. "Can you play? Does your leg hurt lots?" she asked.

Alessa was a bit surprised when Eevee nuzzled her. "Oh, um..." she said quietly, "A nap sounds good." The pup laid down close to the desk, then rested her head on her paws. "My leg does hurt." she mumbled, "But I don't want a shot of pain medicine." She flicked her tail as she used Scarlett as a pillow.

Eevee wagged her tail and happily cuddled close to Alessa when she laid down, wanting to nap with her new friend. She was so happy she had her, she liked new friends. She closed her eyes, her tails curling lightly around Alessa and she began to fall asleep, contently making soft noises while she finally drifted into sleep.
