the doctor unhooked her from the machines before nora got up and got new pajamas. she closed the door and started the bath.

lyss smiled and immediately left the room to set up her plan.

nora took a long bath before washing out out her hair. she changed into her pajamas and dried her hair before walking out into the room.

lyss was waiting in the room for her with a goofy toothy grin. she stood with her hands behind her back and wobbled on her heels.

”what are you so happy about?” she asked with a giggle. “i’ve never seen you this happy...”

[diana prince]

lyss held out one of her hands. ”it’s a surprise.”

[skyprincess]

nora smiled a bit and held her hand. ”where is it or is that a surprise too?”

[diana prince]

lyss just winked and started leading her down the hall.

[skyprincess]

nora grinned and followed her. she waited anxiously for the surprise.

at the end of the hall where the window was, there was a black blanket surrounded by little candles and in the middle were two plates topped in hospital food. obviously it wasn’t that great, but it’s what lyss was able to work with. lyss looked over in her direction and smiled.
