"Like an actually date? Fancy. I'll see you then, love." Natasha responded

Danny shuffled the deck, then fanned it back out, "see your card?"

Clint chuckled as he hung up

Pepper found her daughter and began walking up to her, not yet noticing Danny

"Take a look around... see if you can find it."

Pepper stopped as soon as she spotted him, "Danny." She mumbled, stumbling slightly
Rylee caught sight of her mom - more importantly, of her mom's shirt, "..oh my god."

Sure, maybe Danny was internally panicking because his ex-fiance was here, but he could still pretend he was confident, like always. "It that your card?"

Pepper, even after all these year, could see the panic in his eyes, and was sure that the same feeling was reflected in her eyes.
"I... yes. Th-that's my card. Mom?"

Danny took the moment that Rylee was distracted by pepper to make his escape. by escape he meant quietly walk back to the confines of their trailer so he could have a panic attack.
