korra returned the kiss, nestling herself into nyx's side before moving her gaze to the tv. who would've thought that out of everyone in the world, she was snuggled up beside a vampire she normally would have killed.

lucian only picked at the bread, but had finished the glass of water. hearing laura, he just nodded. "yes, i'm leaving, now." he mumbled, his mind still a mind blurry, but he'd be fine..he'd find his way back somehow. forcing himself to his feet, he closed his eyes for a moment, letting the head rush pass before opening them once more.

Laura raised an eyebrow as Lucian announced he was leaving. She saw the visible signs of a head rush as he stood up and she scoffed. ” um no you’re not” she stood up quickly stepping over to the vampire. ” just stay the night, I have an extra room it will be like I’m not even here”

lucian huffed at laura, turning to glare at the girl. "fine." he mumbled, passing a hand down his face. he glanced around the house, actually taking everything in before looking back to laura. "where's the extra room?" the vampire questioned.

” Down the hall to the right” she stated pointing down the hall. She smiled and crossed her arms before walking past him and down the hall.

lucian followed her directions, moving down the hall and towards the room. opening the door, he entered the guest room and shut the door behind him. sighing, lucian immediately headed into the attached bathroom and showered before moving to the bed.

Laura was almost to her room when a knock sounded at the door, she made her way to the front door, peering out the window to see the vampire from earlier. ” you have got to be kidding”

lucian heard a faint knock, assuming laura had some other company. he explored the guest room, busying his mind. hearing laura's voice, muffled due to the distance, he huffed in annoyance and pulled out his phone, once again moving to his brother's contact. nyx would know what to do in this situation.. right?

Laura heard another pound on the door and gulped. Another pound and she ran toward her room slamming the door behind her and locking it. She quickly found the stolen card and hid it a drawer. A louder pound and she was sure he broke in.

lucian huffed, pausing when he heard pounding on the door before rushing footsteps followed by one of the doors in the house being slammed. he quirked a brow, moving towards his own door when the loud sound of the front door being knocked in was heard. he assumed laura wasn't exactly welcoming to this guest. sighing, lucian grabbed his weapon, rubbing his temples as he opened his door and headed down towards the front.

Laura heard Lucians door open and she cursed under her breath. Why was he so stupid? She ran out of the room and chased after Lucian grabbing his arm and pulling him back just as she saw the other vamp. “ you owe my family money! I took it now get out” she yelled stepping protectively in front. Of Lucian even though she was quite smaller.
