korra scoffed. "oh, because you know, right?" she hissed, taking the tea bag out and tossing it into the trash. "like you knew what to do by turning laura in, because that went well." korra spoke sarcastically, glaring at nothing.

lucian let his lips move against hers, gently pulling her closer. it felt normal, it felt right. he wanted to remember this, he needed to. lucian sighed softly as her lips moved from his, kissing the top of her shoulder. his hand rubbed her side gently, eyes opening to look at her. "i can remember the feelings of it." he mumbled.

Nyx growled as he stared at the ceiling. Forcefully closing his eyes as he tried to fall asleep.

Laura, Closed her eyes tightly as he kissed her shoulder. " I guess that works" she whispered. She didn't know how close she was to him until now. Laura gently kissed his cheek.

korra glared, setting her mug down. making her way to the couch, she grabbed a throw pillow before whacking nyx with it. "you're stupid." she hissed, whacking him again. "an an idiot." she added, kust continuing to whack him to relieve whatever annoying feelings she was having.

lucian exhaled slowly, resting his forehead on her shoulder. "i want to remember." he mumbled to laura, closing his eyes and slowly relaxing. he didn't feel tense, or uncomfortable. that's how he knew he truly lost his memory. lucian hated being close with anyone, but with laura all he felt was a sense of comfortability.

Nyx, opened his eyes as he began to be battered with a pillow. He quickly stood up and grabbed korra's wrist. " Stop acting like a child" he growled, before grabbing the keys off the counter. " Obviously i can't sleep here" he muttered before exiting the building.

Laura, sighed as he placed his forehead on her shoulder. " I want you to remember" she replied gently running her fingers through his hair. The pain in her head grew larger but she ignored it, she just wanted this moment.

korra narrowed her eyes as he grabbed her wrists. "you're the child. you can't even face me for two minutes, you coward." she hissed, throwing the pillow at the door before just sitting on the couch. she had no idea why he was making her feel this way, so angry. she hadn't done anything wrong. the hunter huffed in annoyance, shaking her head. she was going soft. rising to her feet, she moved back to the kitchen, sipping at her tea. reaching into the cabinet, she pulled out her whiskey, pouring it into the mug whenever it got low enough for more.

lucian nodded his head, wrapping his arm tighter around her. he breathed in her scent, eyes remaining closed as his body slowly drifted off to sleep.

Nyx climbed in the backseat of the car and soon fell asleep.

Laura, smiled as lucian held her close....but it didn't feel the same. She hoped it would soon cause it hurt. Her head hurt aswell but she fell asleep nonetheless.

as morning came, lucian grunted softly, stretching his body slightly but pausing as he felt someone in his arms. his eyes snapped open, relaxing as he realized it was laura. he hesitantly kissed her nose. maybe getting back into whatever routine they had would help him remember. he slid from the bed carefully, heading downstairs and raising a brow as he saw korra sleeping on the counter and a nearly empty whiskey bottle. lucian shook his head, sighing. he stepped outside, eyes roaming the area. baron. he was back, apparently. and they needed a plan, fast. especially if he had laura's blood.

Nyx. Woke up to a pain in his back probably due to sleeping in the car. He climbed out and saw his brother outside. ” Did you sleep well?” he asked rubbing his eye.

Laura woke up as warmth left the bed. Groaning she got up and quickly dressed into some practical clothes. The pain was growing stronger but she fought it and it faded once more. She made her way downstairs and saw korra asleep at the counter. She sighed and moved the bottle away from her. She gently shook the girl ” Korra”

lucian turned his head as nyx approached, eyeing him carefully before nodding. "i take it you didn't, though." he observed with a slight smirk, nodding towards the car.

korra groaned in annoyance as laura shook her awake, her blue eyes slowly opening and huffing slightly at the pain in her temple. sitting up, she rubbed her forehead, stretching her shoulders back afterwards. "counter-tops are a great place to sleep." korra muttered, grabbing a cup and filling it with water before sipping at the liquid.

” Nah I slept fine” he noticed the cautionary look he was getting from his brother ” you used to trust me, before you lost your memory... we were bonding, I guess you could say” he chuckled quickly brushing it off. “ what you did to save Laura, Naomi would be proud” he stated before heading inside.

Laura furrowed her brow ” Next time I suggest not drinking liquor late at night” she lightly smacked the back of the girls head. “ get your head screwed on right, we have basically a whole army following baron and not to mention baron to deal with... so suck it up” she grabbed the bottle of whiskey and threw it in the trash. The pain in her head becoming worse.
