finally making his way to laura, lucian quickly scooped her body up, not even bothering to fight anymore as he just focused on getting her out of there. quickly putting her in the car, he secured her into the seat before speeding off, his breaths heavy and blood dripping from multiple wounds. glancing over to laura, he relaxed a bit, speeding up a little more as he felt a pain in his temple. he needed to get her to the others before he forgot.

Laura looked over at lucian her eyes finally opening. ” Lucian you look different” she noticed his veins popping out and his look of pain.

lucian glanced to laura, offering a small smile. "i made a deal with the witch." he murmured, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment. "i'm going to forget the last two weeks." he finally spoke, brows furrowing. "i love you, okay? just..just try to help me remember that, later." lucian mumbled, finally pulling up to the witches' area. "korra's probably going to want to see you, if she's awake." he muttered quietly, leaning back into the seat with a wince.

Laura’s eyes grew wide, “ No No No, Lucian why” she pressed her hand against his cheek and gently kissed him. ” you can’t forget” tears ran down her cheeks as Nyx opened the car door and gently tugged her out before handing her to the witch for healing.

lucian frowned at her words, returning the kiss. "i love you." he murmured quietly as nyx handed her off to get healed. he leaned back into the car, moving his hands over his face as another wave of pain rushed through his mind, a low groan escaping from his lips.

Laura quickly fell asleep on the med table the witches tending to her and checking on her every time she made a noise of discomfort. Her cheeks were tear stained and her heart hurt but she was gonna be ok.

Nyx, made his way to where korra was and quickly checked on her. " How are you doing?" he asked crossing his arms and trying to avoid eye contact with the girl.

lucian remained in the car, his heart throbbing so much, he eventually just passed out, the memories beginning to wash away from his mind, the male slumped over the steering wheel.

korra was feeling a little better, drinking some juice and just taking it easy. as nyx walked in, her jaw clenched and she looked away from him. "i'm fine." the hunter responded curtly, bringing the juice back to her lips and sipping at it once more.

Nyx, rolled his eyes " Thats, good...i thought i would let you know that lucian will be losing two weeks of his memory, so he won't know who you are or that him and laura ever had....anything" he pinched the bridge of his nose. " I'll be outside"

Laura, gained enough strength to exit the building and she noticed That lucian had passed out. She knew as soon as he woke up he wouldn't remember anything except that he was getting paid to protect her. She sighed and walked over to the shade of a tree and sat down and leaned into the tree taking a deep breath to keep her emotions in check.

korra listened to nyx, nodding slowly. she slowly slid off of the surface, carefully placing her feet on the ground. she immediately got a headrush, grasping onto the counter so she didn't fall, she blinked a few times, letting her body stabilize before she began walking outside, moving over to laura and taking a seat. "hey." she murmured quietly.

Laura forced a smiled and turned towards korra " Hey, you look a little better" she smiled. She kept glancing at the lucian wanting to go over to him but at the same time she was scared to.
