korra glanced to nyx, raising a brow. "because, i'm not leaving that poor girl in the hands of you two. you're like hormone raging boys fighting over pizza." she muttered with a roll of her eyes. "and, i love that i annoy you, babe. it's cute. oh, hey, remember the time you tried to get me killed? yeah.. after all of this is done, that's what i intend to do for you." she pat his cheek.

Nyx stood up towering over the girl. Showing his fangs, " Touch my cheek again i dare you babe" He huffed and face back towards the ring. " This probably means your grandma is passing her abilities down to you or whatever" he grumbled.\

Laura, chuckled at korra and Nyx " Wow like a real couple" she smirked before turning and facing lucian. Suddenly the thunder boomed outside and ran started to pour.

korra snickered at how riled up nyx got. "aw, someone has his panties twisted." she murmured with a chuckle, before raising a brow as he spoke to laura.

lucian smirked slightly at laura's words, trying his best not to show any emotions. as a storm started outside, he huffed with annoyance. he hoped baron didn't come now, fighting during a storm was too cliche and annoying.

Nyx, turned back towards the hunter " You really wanna test me don't you...i'm this close to draining you" he stated holding his index finger and thumb up.

Laura, looked out at the storm...she loved storms. When most people were scared, laura was not. " I'll be right back" she stated climbing off the bed she made her way to balcony. Walking through the doors she leaned on the railing letting her hands get drenched with water. She took a deep breath and looked out into the raging weather, so many thoughts were soaring through her head at the moment.

korra smirked at nyx's fingers. "super twisted." she whispered lowly, knowing he could hear her. she enjoyed how much she seemed to be getting under his skin.

lucian raised a brow as laura got off the bed and walked to the balcony. he was tempted to follow her, but she was still in his line of sight and she had complained about him being too annoying so he just held back, stretching his shoulders a bit and running his fingers through his hair, glancing over to nyx and the hunter and shaking his head. they were very similar, in some ways. it seemed they both liked to push buttons when they knew they could.

Laura, glanced back into the room at Lucian. She was so conflicted by him, she wanted to like him but at the same time she feels as if he truly doesn't care for her and like he said she was his payment...

Nyx, glared at the girl finally turning to face her. " Really i'm this close" he smirked bring his face an inch away from hers. Glancing at her lips he took a deep breath and moved away. " I'm getting a drink" he announced. Before leaving the room.

lucian sighed as the time passed. he rose to his feet, making his way to the balcony. "you're going to catch a cold if you stay out here for too much longer." he spoke, relaxing now that his brother had left.

korra raised a brow at nyx, her eyes holding a challenging gaze in them. when he moved away, she let out a breath, watching him exit the hotel. shaking her head, korra grabbed a change of clothes. glancing to the two on the balcony, she decided not to interrupt their conversation. entering the bathroom, korra shut the door before stripping out of her dirty, and slightly blood covered clothes. stepping into the shower, she relaxed at the warm water running down her skin, washing her body and hair before stepping out and dressing into slightly more comfortable clothes.

The red haired girl looked over to lucian " After everything a cold doesn't sound so bad" she laughed softly before slyly wiping her drenched palms on her pants. Then crossing her arms she looked back out towards the storm " So after we defeat this baron guy you're going to take me home and get your payment...right?" She asked, she didn't really want to go home she wanted....she didn't know exactly, maybe something more?

lucian shook his head slightly at her words, crossing his arms and leaning against the doorframe. at her question, he paused to think. "that's what i promised your father." he spoke slowly, tilting his head. "don't you want that? you don't exactly seem thrilled to be here." he murmured, running his fingers through his.
