Aurelia lightly traced the smile on Lexa's lips, and for some reason that set her off and she began to cry.

lexa felt tears on her and she woke up. "why are you crying?" she started to laugh, pushing out the pain that shot through her core.

Aurelia couldn't answer, as sobs were shaking through her. She buried her face in Lexa's hair, breathing in her sweet scent.

the medicine from the healer earlier was kicking in and making her druggy. "where are we? i want to run and play.." she pouted and tried to stand up but immediately felt the pain and laid back down letting out a loud groan.

Aurelia gently pushed her down. "You're in the healer's hut. We can run and play once you're better," she promised.
