Aurelia shook her head. "No. You can't leave me," she nearly whispered. She pressed her lips to Lexa's forehead, trying her best not to cry.

"I don't want another Commander. I want you." She stroked Lexa's hair, ignoring the tears that fell down both of their faces.

lexa blinked heavily before closing her eyes. she was so very tired.

"Lexa?" Aurelia gently nudged her shoulder. "Lexa?" Her voice rose with a panick, getting a not hysterical.

"Lexa, don't go to sleep," she begged her. "What if you never wake up?" Her voice was quiet at the end, barely audible.

lexa opened her eyes to speak before closing them again. "i love you."

"I love you, too," she whispered. She softly kissed her, stroking Lexa's hair. "So, so much."
