Aurelia leaned in and rested her forehead against Lexa's. She breathed out slowly, her eyes closed as she slowly relaxed a bit.

lexa smirked before grabbing her hand and started running for the lake. she stopped aurelia right before the edge and then jumped in herself, splashing water all onto the sky girl. "canon ball!"

Aurelia shrieked in fear, stumbling away from the water. That had surprised her, and didn't help with her fright. "H-how deep is it?" she asked, her voice shaking.

"oh come on." lexa laughed before climbing out and giving her a big wet bear hug. "it doesn't matter how deep it is, but we can start you over here where you can touch." lexa led her over to a clear spot.

Aurelia let Lexa lead her to the edge, feeling wet from when Lexa hugged her.

"step in, it only goes to your ankles." lexa grabbed her hand and waited for her to follow.

Griping Lexa's hand, she gingerly poked her toe into the water. It was cool, and it felt nice. She stepped her foot in, feeling the water rush over her foot. She gasped a bit, then put her other foot in.

"its not THAT cold." lexa muttered before leading her deeper and deeper into the water.

Aurelia huffed, following Lexa into the water. She gripped her hand tighter as they went deeper, feeling more scared.
