Aurelia

Trying to not worry about being lost, Aurelia wandered around the marketplace, looking at all the stands. A lot of the things people were selling were interesting, and she took the time to look at them.

lexa was getting really frustrated and was in no way interested in going on a shopping spree. an older aged woman was walking towards her holding out a necklace, and if she put it on her lexa would then be forced to buy it. she took steps backward and shook her head at the lady, and she pleaded, coming closer towards lexa before lexa felt herself bump into somebody behind her. "ow." she muttered, glaring at the older lady who was retreating while she rubbed her head.

"Sorry!" she squeaked as she felt someone bump into her. She hadn't meant to get in the way. Taking a few steps away, she took a good look at the person and realized who she was: Lexa.

lexa had a glare on her face but it softened when she recognized her voice, she could tell it from anywhere. she turned around with wide eyes and stared for a second, before causing a scene. "aurelia, what the hell? you need to stop scaring me like that." she rolled her eyes and went to grab her arm, but stopped her hand right above her skin, feeling the hairs of it. she looked back up into aurelia's eyes and sighed, pulling her hand away. "can we talk?" she whispered, eyeing the people that were looking at her. "in private." she muttered.

Aurelia bit her lip, frowning. "Okay...," she eventually agreed, since she knew that she had to.

lexa walked in front of aurelia, leading her into a quiet hut that was on the outskirts of polis. she stood facing the wall for a bit, her head down, before she turned back to aurelia. her eyes were filling with tears, but if you asked her she'd blame it on the light. "if you're just going to leave me, can you let me know?" she said softly.

Aurelia bit her lip, looking away. "I... I don't want to leave you, Lexa. It's just sometimes... I get frustrated or mad and I can only see the option of leaving. Once I calm down I don't wish to leave you," she whispered, not really sure if she was making sense.

lexa sat down on a stool next to her and put her face in her hands, then looked up. "aurelia. you can be angry at me, scream at me, hell i don't care, spit in my face." she paused. "but you can't just leave without telling me, and why." she looked down at the floor. she was so weak for aurelia.

"That's kind of my default. Leaving when I get upset. I hate fighting with you. Or with anyone. I'll.... I'll try not to," she whispered, not meeting her eyes. "But..."
