river watched marcella, raising a brow at her actions. however, as she leaned in and suddenly her lips were on his for a moment, his brows furrowed and eyes widened in confusion. "well, i don't care about the sky right now."

marcella smirked. “well i could imagine that.” she said, wrapping her arms around him and giving him another kiss. as she pulled away, she smirked again. “i’ve been wanting to do that for a while.”

a bit less stunned, river returned the second kiss, watching as she pulled away. he chuckled softly at marcella's words, winking playfully. "i could see why, princess." the male joked playfully, pulling her in and giving her lips one last peck.

marcella smiled. “of course you can.” she smirked, returning the kiss. “kat would be gagging right now.” she said with a small chuckle, snuggling up to him.

river chuckled lowly as she mentioned kat, shrugging his shoulders and resting his nose in her hair. "luckily she isn't here right now." he stated with amusement, sighing in contentment afterwards.

marcella hugged him closer to her and snuggled closer whenever a jumpscare came on. the credits rolled and marcella turned to river, kissing his cheek.

river watched the movie in silence, gently rubbing marcella's back whenever the jumpscares popped up. as the movie soon ended, river stretched slightly, glancing down to marcella. "another one? or sleep?" he questioned, waggling his eyebrows.

marcella smirked. “sleep sounds nice.” she murmured as she snuggled into his chest. “in my dream, there were… a few children… there was one that died… in your…” she paused. should she really tell him this? would it sound creepy?

river nodded, settling into the bed once she spoke. he listened as the girl spoke about her dream, raising a brow in curiosity. "what?" he questioned gently, confused as to why she hadn't finished the sentence.

marcella looked down. “arms.” she finished quietly. “he died in your arms.” she sighed. “he had a genetic condition. the two girls were fine though.” she looked at him nervously. “it was weird.”
