“yes, it’s really comfortable. that’s why you’re wearing it. “i’ll meet you in the car.” he told her, not realizing he left his coffee inside. cole started the car and opened the garage. he waited patiently for saff and once she was in the car, he asked, “does your ring fit okay?”

[Berenice.]

Saffron quickly got her stuff and then went out to the car. “Yeah, it fits fine. I’m surprised you got the right size, actually. When did you go and get it?” She asked and checked the time on her phone.

”ok, i got it once when you were at a class that i didn’t go to. i didn’t want to diamond too big or too small so i hope you like it. he smiled at saff before driving to the football field. he put on his cleats and then kissed saffron. “i love you. make sure to sit in the front row, but first you should come with me to my friends so they know who you are.”

[Berenice.]

“I love it. I’m surprised you managed to keep it a secret up until now. I don’t think either of us are the best at keeping things to ourselves.” She admitted. “Oh I’m meeting them now? Okay then. Just make sure to tell them you’ve done my hair, not me. I’m joking, it’s nit that bad.”

”let’s go hun.” he smiled and dragged her to his friends. he high fived all of them and told them that he proposed and she said yes. they had a good tome talking to each other before he heard a whistle. love you saff, now go sit.” he winked and then ran over to the coach. tryouts went super well and cole got on the team. he went and took a quick shower before going out to saff. “i did it!”

[Berenice.]

Saffron spoke to a few of them once or twice, but they were mainly talking about things she had no interest In whatsoever.
After tryouts, Saff grinned because she could see Cole was happy. “You did really well. I’m not surprised you got in. Did all of your friends get in too?”

he nodded. “sorry it took so long.” he told her and hugged her. he picked her up and carried her to the car. “and don’t tell me you can walk because i wanted to carry my fiancée.” he winked and set her down. he got in the car and held her hand once she was in. he started driving, still holding her hand. “we can pick up the girls or go home for a bit without them.”

[Berenice.]

“It’s alright. It was fun to watch.” Saffron grinned widely, and laughed when he picked her up. “I think we should go and get the girls now. They always come back from daycare covered in paint or glitter so I think the sooner we pick them up the better.”

”good plan.” he laughed and drove to the daycare. “can you go get them, im really sore.” he said with a grin. he was actually super sore. he was planning on helping autumn walked around the house but he didn’t think he’d be able to do it for a while.

[Berenice.]

“Of course. I think a cold shower would do you good. Shall we order pizza? I don’t feel like cooking anything and I don’t thunk you do either.” She hopped out of the car and picked up both of the girls. As usual, they were both covered in pain and Autumn even had pink pen on her face. “I think they both need a bath.” Saffron told him while putting them both in the car and then getting in too.
