Saffron smirked. “What’s with all of the compliments? You’ll overwhelm me if you carry on throwing compliments like that.” She laughed. “But you didn’t answer my question. You’ve told your sister about me haven’t you? I don’t want her to think I’m just following you around.”

”your my girlfriend, im supposed to shower you in compliments.” he chuckled and kissed her lips gently. “of course my sister knows about you.” he told her with a small smirk.

“You don’t usually show me in this many compliments. Maybe Autumn will grow up to be a charmer like you.” Saffron smirked and pat his cheek. “Come on. We better get going. I’m sure you can save your compliments for later. But I am curious. How often have you mentioned me to your sister, hm?” Saff asked as she went out and put Ava in the car.

”i just felt like it, after everything that happened today, you needed some relief.” he murmured and sighed. “can you put her in the car? it’s not very easy to use crutches and carry a baby carrier to the car. oh and i talk about you every time we talk. and that’s quite a bit.”

“Relief huh? We’ll talk about that later.” Saffron winked and smirked, then took Autumn’s carrier and put her in the car. She then took the rest of their bags and put them in the back. “Come on then. I can’t wait to meet your sister!” She was way too excited for something as simple as meeting his sister. Saff locked the door after Cole had left, then got in the car and began driving to the airport.

he chuckled lightly and got into the car. “my sister is excited to meet you too, my love.” he smiled a bit and sighed in relief when autumn didn’t start crying. “what will we do with the car...?”

Saffron raised an eyebrow. “Don’t you know how airports work? We will just leave it in the car park. Your sister is picking us up anyway. We just need to remember to put the car seats in the luggage.” She answered and shot him a smirk. “You sound like such an old man.”

”i just... never mind.” he murmured and looked at his cast. “i will probably have to go into the hospital so they can see what’s wrong with it because we are going to be in a whole other continent.” he sighed and stared at his cast.

“The hospital is in the other direction. I’m sure you can wait until we get to Australia. It just means we get to go onto the flight first since you have crutches.” Saffron answered, grinning. “I still can’t believe you managed to do that to your ankle. You’ve not even had that job long.”
