”im calling the police once we are safe.” he huffed and gave her back her phone. “we could leave the country. go live in Australia with my sister.”

“Cole you can’t call the police! You’ll make things worse. Don’t you think I’ve tried that? Just promise me not to get the cops involved. He isn’t the only one so it’s not like he will just get arrested and there will be a happy ending. Don’t do.” She said sternly and put her phone in her pocket. “Are you sure you’d do that? Leave the country?”

”okay. fine.” he murmured and pulled her closer to him. “saff, id do anything to keep you, ava, and autumn safe. i love you all and can’t risk losing any of you. and saf. i would risk my life for you if that meant you stay safe.”

[Berenice.]

“That’s nice and all, but I’m not letting you do that.” Saffron answered and walked to the door. “Can you organise a flight to your sister? We have to leave as soon as possible so start packing.” She explained then went to pack her stuff.

he grabbed a suit case and packed most of his clothes. he then found another one and packed up anything that could fit in there. he then got a suit case for autumn’s stuff and packed everything that could fit in it. “i have the flight and im finished packing!”

[Berenice.]

Saffron was just finishing up packing Ava’s things. “When’s the flight?” She asked as she walked past his room to double check everywhere she hadn’t left anything important. “Make sure it’s not traceable where we are going. I don’t quite know how it works, so just don’t leave anything to suggest we have gone to Australia.”

”don’t kill me. tonight. you said as soon as possible so...” he made sure to pack a carryon bag with toys and books and then sighed softly. “we don’t have bottles.” he said and went downstairs to the garage and got autumn’s car seat.

“Tonight? Jeez. I didn’t think there would be a flight we’d be able to get on tonight.” She carried her stuff down the stairs and put them by the door. “I don’t know how long we will have to be there. But we have to lay kind of low. Try not to post anything online. I really don’t want him and everyone else with him to follow us.” She said before he went into the garage.

he had colored most of his csst black in his free time, leaving only the message from saffron visible. “my sister will pick us up from the airport.” he told her before managing to get up to stairs, car seat in his hand. he buckled autumn into it and bumped down the stairs on his butt like a 5 year old. “i think Australia will suit your beautiful self.” he told saf.

Saff had only just realised he had coloured in his cast. “Didn’t you like the colour?” Saffron laughed and put Ava in her car seat also. “You’re sister knows about me, right. She knows I’m not just a random chick with a kid following you around I hope. I hope it’s not too hot there.” Saffron sighed, but laughed a little bit as she watched him bump down the stairs.
