Amory

Amory looked in the direction of the lit match. She wiper head to the door when she heard screams coming from down the hall. "Jax, blow it out," she hissed, worried that someone would see the tiny flame. The screams were coming closer, and Amory was starting to think that something bad was really happening. She knew that they needed to get out of here. They couldn't stay trapped here when the enemy came.

Caius

Caius flinched when he heard the screams. He was glad that it was too dark to see that he was scared.

OOC: It was actually supposed to be Caius. Sorry about that!

Jax, catching Amory's train of thought, blew out the match and tossed it where he hoped the garbage bin was. "Wh-what do we do?" He asked Caius. Then, "Oh my gosh, wait, Damien is out there." He muttered, slightly nervous. Why were the lights out? If it were a power outage, then why would everyone be screaming like that? It was quite weird... Jax put the box of matches in his pocket, just in case, and then grabbed his flashlight, which was meant to go on a keychain, and shoved it in with the matches.

OOC: That's okay! No worries.

Amory

"We need to get out of here," she hissed. "We can't be here when they come." She reached out and took Jax's hand. She led it to the wall, and placed it on the wall. She put her own hand on the wall and began to walk out of the room cautiously, using the wall to guide her.

Caius

Caius wasn't teasing her now. He stumbled out of the room, to frightened to argue.

Jax, impressed by Amory's sense of charge, stuck his right hand out to feel for anything on the other side of them. He hears Caius stumbling somewhere behind them. He wanted to take Amory's hand so they wouldn't get split up, but she sure would hate him after that. So he tried to follow her footsteps, which were very quiet.

Amory

Amory ran her hand along the wall as she walked, trying to find the stairway. She heard someone running down the hall in their direction. She pulled Jax and Caius into the nearest room. She closed the door behind them, locking it. She was starting to breath a bit heavily from the quick action, but she kept quiet, holding her breath so the person wouldn't hear it.

Caius

Caius was terrified. He let Amory take control of the situation and hid away from the door.

OOC: Should they have to hide in a closet together, or should they have to fight?

OOC: Maybe Caius runs away and Jax and Amory are locked in the closet on accident?

Jax let out a breath he had been holding for what seemed like forever-- Of course, after footsteps died away. "Wh-what do we do?" He mouthed. Then he rolled his eyes. It was dark! How would they see him? They couldn't, of course! Jax sighed. He shuffled his feet and felt his hand against the wall to feel the size of the room. He suddenly heard a click. "C-Caius?" He said as the door opened. "What are you do- Damien?"

Jax watched as Damien grabbed Caius's arm. "We gotta get out there and fight, dude!" He said, trying to pull Caius out of the room.

Amory

Amory felt something shove her into another room, along with Jax. She stumbled, hitting her head on a low metal bar. She found herself tangled with Jax, pretty much on top of him. She struggled to get up, and the door slammed shut and locked. She hit her hands against the door. The room was small, tight. It must be the closet, she thought.

Caius

Once he had locked the two into the room, he followed Damien.

"Owwwww..." Jax groaned. Amory had landed on his chest and slammed him to the ground. He heard the door slam shut and lock. Jax sat up. "Wh-what?" He felt around, then stood up.
Clank!
"Ow!" Jax muttered as the metal bar hit him in the head. "Are we in a- a closet?" He muttered, hooking his hand around the bar to see how far it went to the other wall of the closet. He tested the door, but it was locked shut. He considered banging on it, but what if the cause of the blackout was a creature and it found them? A creature. Sure. he thought to himself sarcastically. "H-how are we gonna get out?" He asked, already feeling oxygen leaving the room.
