Bella smiled a bit and looked at him. She didn't pull her hand away from him like she'd normally do. "I am." She said softly and realised he actually was a wolf, she hadn't had time to process it. "So are you!" She exclaimed happily. She hadn't thought that he'd be a wolf, not in a million years. "Never thought what? That a shy girl like me could be some deadly wolf?" She asked playfully and looked at him a bit. She hadn't met a wolf for ages, let alone at a high school, her mind a bit flooded with questions she stayed quiet and let him talk.

" I know! It's crazy to meet another wolf here at school" He said excitedly. " I never thought that I'd meet another werewolf like me." THe dark haired boy beamed, his eyes glittering happily as he looked at her. He never would have guessed that Bella out of all people was a wolf, but it somehow made sense. Maybe that was part of the reason he had been attracted to her before. Mason gave a warm laugh, grinning at her crookedly. " Nah, you're definitely the quiet and cute, but deadly type." He teased her playfully

"Definitely." Bella smiled a bit. "Do you have a pack?" She asked him quietly. Never in a million years would she have thought the most popular guy in school was a wolf, just like her, the shyest. "Makes a bit of sense now, I was confused to why you looked so worried when I showed you my drawings. I thought you didn't like them." Bella admitted a bit sheepishly. Bella grinned when he said cute, "Cute?" She asked. "Did you just call me cute?"

" Yeah, I have a pack" Mason nodded, though left out that he was the alpha male because he didn't want to seem like he was bragging. " Are you you?" He asked, though Bella seemed to be more of a loner. The dark-haired boy gave a warm laugh, " What? No! I really liked you drawings. They are really good!" He said sincerely, " I was just a little startled by them. I was afraid that you knew I was a wolf." He rubbed the back of his neck, giving a laugh, " But, I guess you already know that now." Mason's cheeks turned bright pink as she noticed he had called her cute. " Yeah, I guess I did." He flashed his warm, friendly smile at her " But, you are cute. At least, I think you are"

"No. I'm an Omega." Bella said quietly and sighed, she wasn't surprised he was in a pack. She laughed softly as he said he liked her drawings "Thank you. I would've been startled too." She admitted and rubbed her arm. "I am not cute." She told him, she didn't have a lot of self confidence. "And you are not allowed to argue."

" You're an Omega?" He said, not being demeaning, just curious, " Do you like your pack?". He had noticed how she sighed and looked away from him as she admitted that she was an Omega. Mason couldn't help but feel a bit protective of Bella. Often Omega's were treated badly in most packs- he was a bit worried that Bella may have been mistreated because of her pack status. " They don't treat you badly, do they?" He asked, very gently taking her hand again. He couldn't explain the strange tug in his chest as he looked at her. Mason didn't realize it, but he was already falling for Bella. He gave her a crooked grin, " Well, I still think you're cute. And you can't change my mind about it" He said, lightly booping her nose in an affectionate way

"Used too. They used to treat me badly but I left, now I'm kind of my own wolf. Not quite sure how to explain it." Bella said and rubbed the back of her head, not quite sure how else to put it. She looked at him as he took her hand. She knew she had a small crush on Mason, but didn't think he wanted to date because of how he talked of his past relationships earlier. She raised an eyebrow when he poked her nose and said "You're cute too."

" Really?" Mason looked relieved as she said that she had left her pack and wasn't mistreated anymore. Realizing he still had her hand, the young alpha blushed, but didn't make a move to let it go. " You... could join my pack if you want to" He offered, looking up at her," I'll make sure you aren't treated badly. But, you don't have to, of course" Mason smiled as she said that he was cute. " I know!" He teased playfully, " But, you're even more adorable than I am"

"Yeah. I left a while ago." Bella said to him, offering him a half smile. She saw he blushed and blushed a little herself, asking "Maybe, is your pack at the school or?" She was considering joining his pack, but not quite sure as she still didn't know him very well. "I am not adorable." Bella told him, "You are. Honestly I've never thought of myself as cute." She admitted, she never really thought about herself like that.

Mason tried to hide his blush, realizing his cheeks were bright pink. " Yeah," He nodded, " A few wolves from my pack come here to school." He pretended to pout as she said that she wasn't adorable. " What can I do to change your mind? I think you're adorable " He said sincerely. Mason flashed her a crooked grin, his hazel eyes sparkling madly.
