Callias stretched his hand out to Lily, making a sound of protest. He wanted her to stay with him.

Ilaria

Ilaria hugged him, resting her head on his shoulder. She watched the door to Callias' room.

Lily heard the sound and turned around to look at him. She smiled a little. She knew he wanted her to stay. She walked over to him. "Okay. I will stay." She said taking his hand gently. She looked up at the queen and king. The king sighed. "Son, don't worry about work for a while. I will take care of everything until you are better." He said to him. The queen looked at Lily. "I will have to miss our lessons too until he is better. I don't want him to be alone and he wants me with him." Lily said. The queen sighed. "Fine." She said.

Lukas
Lukas saw Lily standing in the doorway and then her walk back in. His brother must have been upset with her leaving. He was glad he was standing up for himself.

Callias

Callias held Lily's hand, feeling better that she had come back instead of leaving. He brought their hands up to his cheek and rested his cheek against her hand, closing his eyes.

Ilaria

Ilaria watched the door, gently rubbing Lukas' back.

Lily
Lily smiled a little when he took her hands to his face and put his head against her hand. She wanted him to rest but knew his parents talking this much was not going to help him sleep at all. She kindly asked them to leave the room so he could rest and recover. They were not happy that Lily was telling them what to do but they left. Lily wanted Callias to her some sleep.

Lukas
Lukas watched his parents leave talking about how rude Lily was. Lukas walked to the door and stayed by the doorway looking at his brother. "How is he?" He whispered to Lily trying to let him rest. Lily told him and he nodded. He stayed quiet.

Callias

Callias opened his eyes when he heard his brother's voice. "Lukas?"

Lukas
Lukas looked at his brother. "Hey Callias." He said to him. "Lily is right. You need to rest. I will handle our parents and make sure that they are nicer to Lily." He said to him. "So only worry about getting better because I want to see you marry Lily." He said to him.

Lily
Lily blushed when Lukas spoke. He was so sweet when he wanted to be. Lily looked at Callias. She rubbed the back of his hand with her thumb.

Callias managed to smile a bit. "Thank you," he whispered. He closed his eyes again, leaning his head against Lily's hand. He sighed a bit, relaxing. He fell asleep, going limp and looking peaceful once he was asleep.

Lily
Lily smiled and stayed close to him glad that he was sleeping. She wanted him to get better. She hoped that he would. She ended up falling into a very light sleep. She needed the rest.

Callias woke up shortly after. "Lukas?" he called our weakly, his eyes barely open.

Lukas was sitting on the floor. He stood and walked over to his brother. "What is it? I am right here." He said to him. He wanted his brother to be okay.

Lily
Lily woke up when Callias spoke. She had not gotten much sleep at all and she looked exhausted but she would live. She just wanted to be with Callias.
