Lily kissed him back. "Okay." She said and walked toward the palace door. She then went home to her father and tails him the rules and he was not too happy about it. Lily knew that he wouldn't be. He needed her to take some of the load off of him and she did not have any siblings.

Callias knew that he probably wouldn't take his offer, but he offered it anyways. "Sir, I can give you what you need if you don't have a lot if money," he said. "I'm afraid my father wouldn't let me send people here to work for you."

Lily looked up at Callias and smiled at him. He was so sweet. She kissed his cheek. Her father shook his head. "We will be okay." He said. Lily looked at him. She knew their financial situation was not good at all. She also had no idea how she would buy the clothes the queen wanted her too and she could not ask her parents for the money. He looked at her father. "I will figure it out. There are people in this town looking for a job. I am sure they could help you out." She said. Her father sighed.

"As you wish, sir. I won't press the matter, but the offer will still remain open," Callias said, wrapping an arm around Lily's waist.

Lily looked at her father as he nodded and thanked Callias. Lily looked at her father. "We should go. I have to go buy new clothes." She said. Her father sighed and pulled out his wallet. He did not have much but he tried to hand it to Lily. Lily shook her head. "I have some money dad." She said and kissed his cheek and then left.

Callias followed Lily out. "Save your money," he said. "Let me pay for it."

Lily looked at Callias. "You don't have to love. I will be fine." She said to him. She did not want to make him pay for everything. She walked with him. "I love you." She said and went into the store and looked around. She had no idea what to get. She kept looking.

Callias shook his head. "You can give your money to your father to help him if you wish, but you don't have to use it on yourself. I'm fine with paying for this. My treat," he said, kissing the top of her head. He followed her around the store. He hadn't shopped before. He just let his father tell the guards what to buy and wore whatever they gave him.

Lily smiled at him. "Thank you." She said to him and kissed his cheek. She picked out a few outfits that she hoped the queen would love. She was trying so hard. She did not want to lose him because she messed up picking out outfits. She tried them on and then came back out. "These will work." She said to him and went to the checkout to buy them.
