"She might not come down," he murmured, in between kisses. He placed his hands on her hips, kissing her.

[Berenice.]

“But if she does?” Megan asked, a little worried that she would. She didn’t want to imagine how angry her mom would be and she wouldn’t hear the end of it.”

Storm kissed her cheek. "Then let's go upstairs."

[Berenice.]

“Okay then. But you can take the blame if she ever finds out about anything like this.” Megan grinned, making sure not to wake up Sky as she hurried up stairs.

Storm followed her upstairs, backing sure that Sky didn't wake up. He went into her room, closing the door quietly behind them.

[Berenice.]

“I think she’s still recovering from that prank on her. So you better hope she doesn’t find out about anything else or she will genuinely kick us out.”

Storm smiled a bit at that, and he sat down on the bed. He took her hands and pulled her down into his lap.

[Berenice.]

Megan grinned when he smiled, she was happy now that he wasn’t upset and had moved on from being sad pretty quickly, which was a surprise. “Wow, you’re not messing around.”

Storm laughed, blushing. He wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Not gonna speak either? I’m not surprised.” She laughed and quickly kissed him.
