Storm rolled his eyes. He bit his lip, and then lightly kissed Megan's cheek, so lightly that she'd barely be able to feel it.

[Berenice.]

Megan laughed. “Don’t roll your eyes at me.” She smirked, then arched an eyebrow at what he then did. Meg grinned then kissed him properly.

Storm blushed and was frozen with shock. He kissed her back softly, his heart pounding in his chest. He felt shaky with nerves, but he hoped that she couldn't tell.

[Berenice.]

Megan stopped and smiled. “Stop shaking. I’m not going to bite you. You’re adorable.” She smirked, then looked back at her phone.

Storm blushed even more, and ducked his head a bit. He rested his head back down on Megan's shoulder and closed his eyes. He tried to fall back asleep, but he was too jittering with nerves, and was wide awake now.

[Berenice.]

“You didn’t really deserve that after what you did to my poor hair. But I’m a nice person.” She laughed quietly. “I’m sure you’ll do plenty of that with all of the girls that were with you earlier.”

"I only like you," he murmured, starting to calm down and feel a bit tired. He decided to just admit that he liked her, and see how'd she react.

[Berenice.]

Megan took a few seconds to process what he said. She just smiled and took one of his hands, still scrolling through things on her phone with her other hand. “You’re adorable.”

Storm's heart fluttered, and he entwined his fingers with Megan's. He smiled a bit, relaxing against her. "Why birds?" he asked her softly. He had been wondering why she was afraid of birds for a while, but since she had said not to ask, he never did.

[Berenice.]

Megan laughed at his question. “They’re terrifying. In the sky and on the ground. I don’t know why. They just are. I think it’s because when I was younger I was attacked by a goose. So that’s probably why I hate them.”
