Storm just shook his head. He watched the people walk by, and then glanced back at Megan. He nodded reluctantly, because he didn't want to go back to school, and he wasn't sure what she meant by him getting himself lunch, since he didn't have money to pay for it. But he didn't ask, and just went back to watching the people pass by him.

[Berenice.]

“I think you should try and make some friends too. Maybe one or two.” Megan suggested and sat on a park bench. “Your hair is such a mess. You didn’t even sort it out before we left the house. You should let me style it.”

"Ha! No way," he said, sitting down beside her, but not too close in case she tried to mess with his hair. "I'm not letting you mess with my hair. I don't trust you to 'style' it," he teased.

[Berenice.]

Megan shook her head. “I feel insulted. I think I could do a really nice job. I could make your hair stand up like a pineapple like most guys do. I think you should let me. Your crush will definitely love you then.”

Storm laughed. "Definitely not! You can comb it if you really want to, but no crazy up-dos like pineapple hair, please. I'll be laughed out of the town. Besides, I don't even like pineapple, and weird hairstyles that most people have look really odd. I like my hair this way, anyways."

[Berenice.]

“I’m offended. Don’t you think I’d do a good job? If you’d let me do your hair, I can assure you you’d look really hot. I’m not going to stop asking. As soon as we get home, I’m ‘styling’ your hair. It need to be more... fluffy.” She explained and pretended to know what she was talking about.

He blushed faintly when she sad that he'd look 'really hot'. "Fine. Do what you want with it. I don't like the sound of 'fluffy', though," he teased a bit. He wanted to move a bit closer to her, but was nervous and thought that it would seem kind of odd.

[Berenice.]

Megan perked up and became excited when he said she could style his hair. “Let’s go and do it now!” She jumped up from the bench, grabbed his hand and rushed home. “Just a pre warning, I’ve never done a guys hair before so it might go completely wrong, but you’ll look smoking anyway so it doesn’t matter.”

Storm let her led him back to the house. He listened to her excited chatter, feigning worry. "Oh, great," he teased. "I'm already regretting this." He blushed a bit at her last comment, but hid it from her.

[Berenice.]

“Oh shush. I’m practically a professional.” Meg laughed, then went upstairs and sat on the floor, patting the space in front of her. “Sit down. What do you use? Is there a comb or something? Do you put stuff in your hair? It sounds complicated already and you haven’t even told me what you do yet. It looks like you just let it do what it wants, but where’s the fun in that?”
