Liam was sitting on the the top of the steps that lead to his porch, staring off into the distance at the slowly setting sun. Sounds of his mother and her boyfriend arguing drifted out of the slightly opened screen door, nearly drowning out the sound of traffic and the quiet humming of cicadas in the trees across the street. He was so used to the sound of them yelling by now, he really didn't even notice. He was just content to sit here and be glad it wasn't him being yelled at as well for a change.

cara was playing with her sister, jumping over the couches as she chased after the younger girl. "give me my phone, krissy!" she yelled, jumping and tackling her sister to get her iPhone. krissy groaned in defeat before pushing cara off. "fine. you win. let's just get to school..." krissy said, running to the car. cara ran after her, jumping into the driver's seat. her brother joey jumped into the passengers seat while krissy sat in the back. cara finally drove off to starbucks.

Liam sighed and stepped off the porch, walking down the short gravel driveway and heading down the sidewalk he wanted to distance himself from the yelling, and he had better things to do than sit on the porch.

cara sighed as she grabbed their drinks. she handed them out before she went to the school. joey and krissy talked amongst themselves but cara was silent. she was thinking to herself as she drank her tea she got. she wasnt big on coffee, but she loved tea. she wanted an adventure...

Liam sighed as he adjusted his backpack on his shoulder. His school was only a few minutes away, and he was probably gonna be a little early. He reached the school within five minutes and walked in, yawning quietly. He'd probably gotten maybe three hours of sleep, most likely less. If people could try not to yell 24/7, he'd definitely be able to sleep better.

cara said goodbye to her siblings before she walked to her classroom. she saw a boy, and another girl. they were both kissing, almost taking each other's faces off. she sighed and rolled her eyes. she set her books down before she decided to go to the library.

Liam kept his eyes on the floor as he walked. He honestly just wanted to find somewhere quiet and sleep, which obviously wasn't an option, but the library was quiet, so he decided he'd head there and maybe get a little bit of peace. He set his books down and started towards the library, glancing around fleetingly as he entered.
