river shook his head, following her into the room and shutting the door, taking a seat again and turning to kat. "you guys have a theme for your wedding yet?" he asked the couple, resting his elbows on his knees.

marcella looked at kat. “peach and silver.” she said quietly, then plugged in her headphones to drown out everyone. a few hours later, estelle was brought in to be fed again. she hugged the child close to her and sighed.

kat nodded slowly before looking back to river. "we were thinking red and white, maybe." she murmured with a shrug. river sighed as marcella went into her grumpy mood, watching as estelle was brought in. his eyes brightened, watching their daughter.

marcella handed the baby to river after burping her. she laid back. marcella had just wanted to get to estelle, but no. river thought she wasn’t strong enough to walk. she teared up a small bit. was this one of the things he researched?

river gently held their daughter, grinning as he gently spoke to the small child, letting her grasp onto his finger. he softly rocked her in his arm, chuckling softly as a little bubble formed on her lips, his eyes full of happiness.

marcella teared up even more seeing river so happy. she sighed, pulling her knees to her chest and crying silently. she rocked back and forth, not caring that everyone in the room could see her.

river turned his head to marcella, brows furrowing as he saw her crying. he carefully passed estelle to kat, moving to sit beside the girl on the bed, he wrapped an arm around her. "what's wrong?" river questioned quietly, a soft frown pulling at his features.

marcella just cried into his shoulder. “i have this fear of hospitals, i tried to put it aside during checkups and everything, but i can’t stay here.” she shook, taking estelle from kat, holding her.

river rubbed her back, kissing her temple. "only for tonight, princess. they have to make sure your body is okay." he murmured, before pausing. "but, i guess i can see if they can have a nurse come check later on." he mumbled, kissing her once more before getting up and heading out to find the doctor.

marcella looked at him. “really?” her eyes widened. she held the baby as river left, but handed it to leon. “how to i hold this thing?” she asked, and marci chuckled, handing her to michelle instead
