Cara groaned and was hungry so she took her knives off the door and unlocked the door. She took a deep breath and opened it and walked to get the food before going back into the bathroom, closing the door but not locking it.

Alessa started to eat, but then stopped after all she tasted was dust. She wasn't hungry anymore. She wasn't really sure what she had done, but it was obviously affecting Cara. She got up and sat by the bathroom door. "Hey," she said softly. "Can I come in?"

Cara was sitting in the bathtub, hidden by the shower curtain. "Yeah." She murmured after she put her partly full tray on the ground. Her knives were all around the bathroom and all the things that was in her bag were scattered throughout the floor.

Alessa quietly went inside and closed the door part-way. She went to the shower, but didn't push the curtains away. "I'm sorry," she whispered. "I didn't like the way I had acted when you woke up, and just wanted to get past that, but unfortunately I didn't do that in a kind way. None of it was your fault but I punished you anyways. I'm sorry. Will you forgive me?" she whispered, almost inaudible at the end.

Tears were spilling out of Cara's eyes when he murmured, "I felt so rejected... But I forgive you..." She murmured and cried harder. "I shouldn't have yelled at you to let go of me... I barely knew it was you so I got scared." She sobbed.

"I would never intentionally reject you," she told her. "I love you." Alessa's heart broke when Cara started crying. "Hey. It's okay," she murmured. "Why don't you come here?" she offered, sitting down on the floor.

Cara crawled into her lap and continued crying. "T-the way you looked at me made me feel so hurt..." She admitted before quietly murmuring "I love you too." Cara squeezed her eyes shut and trembled.

Alessa hugged Cara tightly, holding her close. "I'm so sorry," she whispered. She pressed her lips to Cara's forehead, tears gathering in her eyes.

Cara squirmed and quickly said, "Ow ow ow, you're hurting me... remember my stomach has bruises all around it..." She cried harder and pushed on Alessa's arms.

"Sorry! Sorry!" she said, removing her arms from around Cara and scrambling back into the corner of the bathroom. She left Cara sitting on the tiles and stayed in the corner, her back pressed against the wall. She was upset that she had hurt her, and she just stared at the floor. It felt like the morning was happening all over again.
