Cara shrugged. "Don't worry about it. If you really do want to go get it, it's my mother and father's wedding rings. They are in a small box hidden under my mattress." She said, still staring at the ground.

"Alright. I'll be right back," she told her starting to walk away. She hurried back to the Daunt-less compound and went to the dormitory. She found Cara's bed and checked under the mattress for the small box. She pulled it out and slid it carefully into her bag. Then she made her way out of the compound.

Cara laid down on the grass and looked at the dark clouds forming in the sky. Rain started to pour down and Cara tightly wrapped into a ball.

When it started raining, Alessa began to run. She didn't see Cara at first, but then noticed her on the ground. She bent down and took her arm, pulling her up. "I got it. Come on!" she said, laughing a bit as she ran to shelter in the pouring rain.

While they ran, Cara slipped on the grass but quickly got back up. She laughed quietly as they ran. Once they got to shelter, Cara sat down, shivering.

Alessa sat down beside her, soaking wet. She laughed as she wrung out her clothes as best as she could while they were on her. "Here, " she said to Cara, handing her the small box. Luckily, it didn't get wet in her bag. Alessa took out the blanket she had in her back, the one that she took from the roof. She wrapped it around Cara, more concerned about her than she was about herself.

Cara took the box and kissed Alessa. She sat on her lap and wrapped part of the blanket around her. "I love-like you a lot... I think you are amazing. You even went back to the compound so you could get something for me, thank you so much." Cara said before kissing her again.

Alessa grinned when Cara sat on her lap and covered her with some of the blanket. Her grin widened when she kissed her. "It was important to you. Of course I had to go get it," she said, wrapping her arms around Cara. She kissed her, and murmured, "Love you too."

Cara blushed darkly and hid her face in her hands. "You're the best." She mumbled through her hands and leaned back. Cara didn't like to blush because she thought she looked bad when she did so she always hid her head until the blush had gone away for the most part.

Alessa gently removed Cara's hands from her face. "You don't need to hide your blush," she murmured, kissing each cheek. "It's adorable on you."
