"That's good," she said, giving her a smile.

“Can we do something now? Or just cuddle?” She asked softly.

"We can do whatever you'd like," she told her, kissing Cara's forehead.

“You pick.” She whispered and stood up.

[EchoOfShatteredIce]

"Well... Since you're ready up, we may as well do something. It's been snowing, I think, so I'll need to clear the snow away from the door...," she frowned a bit as she thought. "I can do that later, though, in case it's not done snowing yet."

Cara frowned a bit. “Let’s just cuddle or I can read out loud or something.”

"Okay," she said, smiling. "I like to hear you read." She settled herself back down on the bed and patted the spot beside her.

Cara grabbed a book and sat beside her before she started reading. It wasn’t the best reading but it was understandable.

Alessa wrapped her arms around Cara's waist and rested her head on her lap. She closed her eyes, listening to her reading.

Cara smiled a bit and continued reading. She liked the comfort Alessa gave her.
