"That doesn't have any... y'know... in it, right?" asked Cybil quietly. The last thing that needed to happen was Alessa having an episode. Alessa watched as Jake got Mary into the car and Maria took the other car after nodding to Jake. She saw them pull out of the driveway and leave the house.

Mary was anxious and a bit on edge as she was pushed into the hospital. Maria joined up with them, holding Mary's paw as she walked next to her sister. "You'll be okay." said Maria quietly, "Don't worry, we'll sue if something bad happens." "Thank you, Maria..." murmured Mary.

"What do you mean? It is a kids movie..." He said to them. He did not know everything about Alessa's past.

Jake took her inside and to the right area. "You really will Mary. And I will be waiting for you when you are done." He said to her. He hoped that would make her feel better. He took her to the surgeon area. He then stood next to her and took her paw and kissed it gently.

[Boomer]

Cybil stepped away and gestured for Mark to follow her. She then motioned for him to bend down to her level so she could whisper into his ear.

Maria watched as Mary was helped into a bed. Mary changed into a gown, then laid down as an IV was placed in her paw. Mary took a shaky breath and clung onto Jake's paw. "Don't go..." she whimpered softly, "Don't leave, not yet." Maria stood next to Jake. "We'll stay until you're asleep, promise." she said.

Mark followed her and then bent down how she wanted him to so she could speak to him.

Jake held onto her paw and rubbed it a little. "It's okay. I am not leaving until you are asleep. Then I will be in the waiting room. I promise you will not be alone. Okay my love?" He said and gently kissed her forehead. He loved her so much.

[Boomer]

"We can't watch anything with f-i-r-e in it." she whispered, "Don't say it out loud unless you want Alessa to totally freak out." She glanced back at Alessa for a moment. "Blood makes her faint, but that's it..." she said a tiny bit louder.

Mary kept a tight grip on his paw as she was fitted with a mask to help get her to sleep. It didn't take long for her to finally fall asleep. Maria looked to Jake for a moment, sighing some.

"Oh. Okay. So Aladdin is a bad idea. Okay how about you pick a movie Alessa?" He asked not sure what to pick. He thought it would be better this way.

Jake kept a hold of her hand until she fell asleep. He sighed and walked out of the room. He was worried about her but was trying not to let it show too much. "I will keep you updated." He said to Maria.

[Boomer]

Alessa looked through the collection of movies, choosing 101 Dalmatians. The pups had seen that movie plenty of times with Alessa, but they didn't mind. They put the movie in and sat on the couch.

Mary was taken into the OR as Maria walked with Jake. "Okay, you call me the minute she gets out, okay?" she said, "I want to be here when she wakes up." Maria gave Jake a serious glance before she left.

Mark set it up and sat with them and watched the movie.

Jake nodded. "Of course." He said to her. He would tell her not wanting her to worry too much. "Thank you for watching the pups and Alessa." He said to her and then sat in the waiting room and waited.

[Boomer]

"You're welcome... I'll see you later." she said, walking to the elevator. Maria left the hospital and drove home. She entered the house, noticing that everyone was on the couches watching a movie. Maria gathered her girls to give them a bath.

Mark watched her come in and smiled a little at her and watched her go. He then went back to watching the movie with the pups.
