Mary nodded some, happy that everything seemed to be going well for Mark. "I'm sure you two will have a nice time." she said, "Don't pull an all-nighter. The girls won't like it if you sleep all day." "Yeah, they really hate it." mumbled Maria. She then lightly pawed at Mark. "C'mon, I got some movies upstairs." she said, "The girls are used to my TV being on. I don't blare it of course."
OOC: I'm gonna go to bed soon, just a head's up!

Jake smiled and watched the two. He put his arm around Mary. Mark looked at Maria as she pawed at him. "Okay." He said and followed her up to her room. "That is good that they are used to it. We will not need to blare it to watch the movie. It will be fine." He said and walked with her. "We can watch whatever you want to watch." He said. He smiled at her little pups. They really were adorable. He sat down and waited for her.

(That's fine! I am too.)

Maria led him upstairs and shut the door. The girls were awake and looking up at their mobiles. They seemed content at the moment. "They didn't like the TV at first, but they got used to it." she said, lightly shrugging. Maria switched on the TV and put in the first movie. She shut off the lights and sat on her bed. "Hopefully they'll stay quiet or just go to sleep." she said, "I fed them not that long ago."

Mark smiled at her. "Hopefully but we can handle it if they cry." He said. He was glad to be with her and the pups for a while. He had told his sister he liked her and she had told him to make a move. But he was really not sure if she felt the same. He sat next to her leaning back on his hands as he watched. He glanced at her before turning back to the screen. He watched the movie silently. He enjoyed this movie a lot. It was scary but he liked scary movies.

Maria nodded as she focused on the movie. She was happy to be hanging out with Mark again. The girls slept during the movie, only moving to roll onto their side or back. Maria had slowly moved herself closer and closer to Mark during the movie. She liked him, but she wanted to take things slow. She learned that from Mary that going slow in a relationship was better.

Mark looked over at her as she moved closer. He put his arm behind her with a smile. He wanted to take things slow with her. Especially with her pups and such but he wanted to be with her. He looked over at her when the movie was over. "So do you want to watch another one?" He asked. He did not want to go yet. He wanted to spend time with her still. He really enjoyed her.

Maria had to get up a few times during the move to rock one of the girls back to sleep. As the movie ended, she gave a nod. "Sure." she said happily, "Do you want any snacks or pop?" She stood up and moved towards the door; even if Mark didn't want anything, she was going to get something for herself.

"I would love a drink. I can go with you to help carry things." He said to her with a smile. Mark got up and walked with her down to the kitchen. "We could make popcorn or something if you have that." He said to her. He thought it would be great for the movie. He watched her. He thought about how to talk to her and him.

Maria walked next to him, noticing that the little pups were already in bed. Alessa was sitting on the couch, still unwilling to fall asleep. She went into the kitchen, then got out a bag of popcorn and some hidden candy she kept in a cabinet. "Huh, all natural popcorn." she mumbled, "Eh, I'm sure it's good." Maria put the bag in the microwave, then got herself a Coke. "What do you want to drink?" asked Maria.

"It will probably taste fine." He said to her with a shrug. He then looked at her as she spoke again. "A Coke would be great. Thank you." He said to her. He took it when she handed it to him. He looked at her. "The first movie was good. I really enjoyed it." He said to her. He looked around the room. It was nice just relaxing a bit with her. He kept thinking.
