"I'm glad that you don't mind..." said Mary softly, a little relieved, "Just know if any of your family needed a place to stay, they'd be welcomed." She enjoyed the walk with Jake; it could be difficult to have some time away from the pups or Maria. "It?" she asked, wondering what he meant that Alessa was happy with "it". As they got closer to the gazebo, it didn't take her more than a second to realize what was going on. Still, she followed him, although the bit of shock was making it harder to move. Sure she expected Jake to ask eventually, but not now. "Of course I will." she answered, keeping her voice even for the moment. She wasn't one to melt into a blubbering mess, but she was clearly happy and excited. She then hugged Jake and held onto him, finally allowing the emotions to take over. "Maria will be so thrilled..." she murmured, moving to clear her eyes of tears, "The pups will be too."
