[chonko.]

Jack looked up, glancing at the door. Was there someone coming in or was Alessa just worried about the doctors and nurses. He put the book down by his chair, looking at the other pup. "You okay?" He asked.

[Boomer]

"That voice..." she whispered, trembling a bit. Alessa was starting to panic a bit as she tried getting out of bed. The girl couldn't stand and walk without wincing. Alessa sat on the bed and stared at Jack. "T-that voice..." she whimpered.

[chonko.]

Jack felt confused. "Wait, you can't walk Alessa!" He said, standing up. What voice was she talking about? Was she scared of a specific doctor or something. He frowned, looking around. "What voice are you talking about?" He asked, looking at her.

[Boomer]

"I..." she whimpered, unable to speak. Alessa was too afraid to talk about it. She then leaped out of bed, ignoring the pain in her side. She hightailed out of the room and towards the elevator. It didn't take long for her to be dragged back towards her room. Kicking and screaming the entire time, Alessa's eyes began to glow. She started using her power to throw any sort of objects she could lift to try and strike the doctors with. She was restrained as another doctor stabbed her in the thigh with a needle. Alessa yelped in pain, then went silent. The objects that were glowing that faint purple hue dropped to the floor. "Take her to Psych." muttered one of them, bringing her back to her room. Even with the medication they gave her, she was restrained to the bed as she was moved.

[chonko.]

Jack panicked, running after her. When he saw that she was hit with the needle, his eyes grew wide. "Don't hurt her!" He yelled at the doctors angrily. He jumped up and bit a doctor, stepping back and afraid of what he did. "Don't hurt her.." His voice was quiet, looking at the doctor he had bit.

[Boomer]

Alessa stared at the ceiling as Jack panicked. She couldn't speak or move, but she was mentally telling Jack that he screwed up. The doctor scowled, then went to clean his paw. The others stared down Jack. "Do that again and you'll end up like her." hissed one of them. Alessa tried to speak, but she couldn't open her muzzle. The girl was taken to the elevator.

[chonko.]

Jack watched as they took her away, his eyes shut. He tried not to tear up even though he was worried for her. He tried to stay strong for this, as he knew he would find her again. He mumbled to himself, looking around. He wished none of this happened. "Idiots." He muttered under his breath, growling. Jack only stood there, doing nothing.

[Boomer]

Alessa shut her eyes as they took her upstairs. She was checked in and taken to an isolated room to be monitored. Alessa didn't like this room every much; there was only one window, but it was barred up. There wasn't a TV or really much of anything. Alessa decided to just sleep off the medicine.

[chonko.]

Jack didn't know what to do as he paced around in a circle, as if waiting for someone to come and help him. He sat down in the chair he was given in the room that Alessa was in before. He sighed, rocking himself back and forth while he wrapped his arms around his legs. He held back tears again, but now that he was alone, he let a few stream down.

[Boomer]

Mary returned from her break as she went to check on Alessa. She noticed Jack by himself and that Alessa was gone. "What happened?" she asked, "Did she need to go back to surgery?" She had no idea what happened earlier.
