1x1 with captain. a. stark.

jamie sighed, though her discontent was riddled off with a smile. "honestly, i have no idea," she said simply, shifting her weight from the wall and walking over to stand in front of peter. "but i have a pretty good guess." jamie rolled her eyes at the thought of chris drinking his heart away with all of his buddies. the kind of buddies whose friendship only lasted the night until their hangovers got the best of them. she plopped herself beside peter, a lazy distance away from him as she wove a hand through her red hair.

thor examined the creature's reddening eyes, and thought quick. the cutlass from earlier still clenched in his hands, the thunder god came within reach of the dark elf. his perception of the back of its neck was in close range, as he knocked it out with the butt of the cutlass in one trained sweep. he released a breath he didn't know he was containing, as rashi barked, which more than likely would've been in gratitude if it had the ability to hold such emotions.

[Captain. A. Stark.]

He shrugged softly. "Young adults will be young adults. Did you finish the homework? I got stuck on number three." he explained, changing the topic quickly.

Rashi seemed very happy that the intruder was dead, and he bounced around proudly until Akira picked him up and glanced at the blacked out elf. "Now what?"

jamie chuckled. "yeah, i did for once." subtly, she scooted herself closer to peter, grabbing the notebook from his hands as she flipped over to the page, the base of her arm brushing against his as she scanned the scribbles on the male's notebook.

thor shook his head, hauling away the limp body of the creature after having ended it for good. at the corner of the god's eye, he took notice of loki, clapping in a slow motion through the thick window pane of the chambers. "is rashi okay?" he asked, letting go of the creature's arms as he took a few steps closer to akira and the pup.

Peter blushed softly as she came closer to him, heart thumping in his chest. It was the closest contact a female had been with him, and their arm's brushing almost made him want to squeal like a schoolgirl. He watched her examine his notebook, eyes flicking over her features. Jamie was actually pretty cute, and attractive if he might add.

She turned her gaze away momentarily as Thor decided on taking the elf's life, her eyes meeting Loki's bored, but playful ones curiously. Shaking her head at the prisoner's little show of clapping, she turned back to rest her gaze on Thor. "He's fine. Just a small scratch on his flank." she explained without too much concern, considering that Rashi recieved them all the time with reckless play.

after a few minutes of searching, jamie placed a finger over one of the problems on the page. "you need to flip those two numbers, otherwise you'll just get a crazy decimal," she said, tearing her focus away from the notebook to peter. a fair amount of blush tainted her cheeks as she caught notice of the teen's far-off expression.

thor stepped closer to examine the pup, the frontal part of his chest brushing against akira's arm, but he was too inclined to check rashi for wounds than to notice how close they were. loki, as always, took an immediate pause to his harmonious clapping as he eyed the two with a subtly skeptical gaze.

[Captain. A. Stark.]

"A-alright." he stammered, gently retrieving his notebook from her hands and fixing the problem, giving it back to her. "Is there anything else you see?"

Her breath caught in her throat as she recognized how close they were. She shifted uncomfortably, not meeting his gaze as he checked over Rashi.

jamie carefully grabbed the notebook out of peter's hands, training her eyes away from his to avoid her blushing. "uh, nope. everything else looks fine," she replied, shifting herself over to grab the tv remote from the nightstand. "any requests?" she asked, briefly meeting his gaze before tearing it away.

thor quickly picked up on the limited space between them and parted himself instantly, clearing his throat. "erm.. my apologies." his blue eyes momentarily met loki's, the god of mishief's expression unreadably smug.

Peter's eyes flitted to her distracted features as she once again scanned his notebook for any errors she did not concieve to catch the first time. "Thank you." he once again accepted his notebook, dropping his nervous gaze momentarily to set the collection of binded pages on the couch next to his leg. Lips pursed slightly, his attention flickered over to her television. He wasn't the one to watch a lot of TV, in fact, he hadn't watched anything for a few weeks now. "Not particularly. You can watch what you want." he told in response, gently clearing his throat and straightening up.

She exhaled a contained breath as he stepped back, and was whisked back to her senses. She was unclear of what happened there - but whatever it was, it was very new. Loki's smug look did no good as she quickly reassured Thor that it was alright, and made her way back to her usual spot by Loki's cell, curiously looking at the dead guards on the ground. One had a Lunarflower sticking out of his pocket, which was illegal. The plant had been admissioned a ban a long time ago by Odin in his younger years as monarch, due to the anarchial juices it held. It could make any being grow stronger, faster, and more strategic, but could also very well replace a good mind with a heart of evil. Her only concern was the fact that it was half devoured - the chewed stem sticking out notoriously against the guard's dark clothing.

jamie nodded, scrolling through all of the different channels until one took her interest. smirking, the girl turned to peter, an eyebrow raised. "you seem like the kinda guy who would be into horror movies, right?" she practically already knew the answer to that question; of course he'd be terrified of that kind of stuff. there was one time when a fake spider landed on his desk and he literally jumped out of his seat. she felt bad as a witness, but it was albeit amusing.

thor noticed the lunarflower poking out of one of the guards' pockets after he followed akira's gaze. kneeling down, he brushed a finger along the flower's roots, squinting. "if i would've known that one of my guards was carrying around this poultice, i would've had them banished on the spot," he said, though mostly to himself. momentarily, the thunder god's gaze shot up to akira as she made her way back to loki's cell. the dark-haired god, in turn, grinned at the woman's presence. "welcome back," he said with a wink.

Peter turned his attention the TV, squinting with mild confusion at the screen as some sort of creepy music started playing and it immeadiately sent chills down his spine. "Y-yeah." he stammered, wrapping his arms around himself. Truthfully, he didn't have a very good experience with horror movies. A while ago, Aunt May had surprised him by tickets to the Conjuring in 3D. Let's just say Peter didn't sleep that night.

She watched Thor examine the plant. "Not only did he have it, something ate it." she pointed out, turning her head as Loki spoke. What mulled him to be more enthusiastic piqued her curiosity - usually it was grumbling. "Thank you?" she said in response to his wink, and eyes flicked around his cell to make sure there was no damange before looking back at Thor.
