Alessa's stomach growled as she could smell the waffles and bacon from her seat. She stood up and started seeing stars; this made her sit back down. "Ugh..." she muttered, feeling sick to her stomach. Mrs. Potter came into the living room with two plain waffles and various toppings on a tray. She didn't think it was fair to let Alessa sit there and smell the food. "I wasn't sure what you liked, so I wanted to give you options." she said, putting the tray on the girl's lap. "T-thank you..." said Alessa softly, a bit surprised at her kindness.
