Jenna purred, watching the lesson. The teacher looked at her, rolling his eyes. He shooed her away, thinking she was a normal cat. She leaped out, trotting over to the parking lot and jumping into the car by the window. "Hi Aaron." She mewed, stretching her paws out on the seat. She purred, sitting up and turning normal, sitting on the seat casually like nothing happened.

Aaron looked at Jenna. ”Did the principal threaten to call the cops if you didn’t leave? Cause he did so to me.” Aaron opened the car door and got into the car. He shut the door and turned the car on. ”I don’t think we should stay here any longer. I think we should head back home.” Aaron drove to the hotel. He didn’t feel like driving back home or taking the plane that day. So he planned on going back the next day. For some reason Aaron never went back to looking normal, but he didn’t notice since he can’t see his own head.

Jenna shook her head when he asked. "Nope, a teacher thought I was a normal cat and shoved me away blah blah." She smiled with a small laugh. She wanted to go home. This place was a bummer and there wasn't anything fun about it. Where they now lived, it was more interesting, also seeing that they have never explored it before. She glanced over at Aaron, sort of confused. "When are you going to turn back to your normal adorable face?" She joked, poking his arm.

Aaron looked at her. ”What do you mean? I thought I was my normal looking self?” Aaron was going to check when they get to their hotel room. Maybe Aaron can’t turn to his normal self. He huffed and looked at his phone. ”It’s weird that I kept the powers.” Aaron said to Jenna. When they arrived to the hotel room, he went into the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror. A bit startled by his own reflection, Aaron kinda fell. ”I don’t know how to get this to go away.” He looked back at the mirror and started to think of ideas.

Jenna followed Aaron to the room, seeing him walk to the bathroom. She rolled onto her bed, covered in the blanket. She took a book out of her bag, reading it as she was hiding in the bed. She grinned, glancing over to where she heard Aaron partially fall. She planted her face on the pillow, mumbling as she dropped her book on the floor.

Aaron went over to Jenna and sat on the bed. ”We can cut my ears off.” He said. Aaron chuckled and placed his hand on her back. ”I mean like, then you won’t notice the ears. I can then wear contacts to cover my eyes and then we can file my teeth.” He got Jenna out from under the covers and hugged her. He was only joking about it.

”Don’t worry, we are going home tomorrow. I’m going to be driving. No plane.” Aaron laid down on his back, pulling Jenna with him. He looked up at the ceiling for a while. Aaron yawned after some time, feeling tired from using most of his energy earlier. Aaron kissed the top of Jenna’s head and then went to sleep.

"Alright, that's better than flying." Jenna said. She squeaked slightly when Aaron pulled her over on the bed with him. Though, she smiled, curling up by his side when she heard him yawn. She grinned, kissing his cheek, still curled up. She bit back a yawn, closing her eyes and falling asleep, her head on his chest.

Aaron’s dream:

Aaron walked around an empty and dark space. There was no light or anything. It was strange to Aaron. Nothing like this has happened before. He continued to walk, hoping to find something. ”Hello?” He would call out every so often. Eventually Aaron heard two voices talking. He looked around, not seeing where they were coming from. He did look down at some point to see two people where below him talking. Aaron got a bit closer.
”I wonder how my son is doing. You know now that he has his ‘powers’. That girlfriend he has, I’m surprised she can’t sense ’it’. I guess no one really can. His ‘powers’ were taken away from him for most of his life.” The person who said that is a man. He is tall and looks a little bit like Aaron. The thing that is making them look different is the fact that the man also looks like a demon. Beside the man is younger person. You can’t really see his face since he is wearing a hood.
”I need you to go find my son and take care of him. Make sure he learns more about his father and that book, and the potential he has.” The younger fellow nodded. ”If he ends up like my other clients then I will kill him with no hesitation. I don’t like seeing my fellow humans ended up getting killed from a demon.” The taller, older man laughed. ”Kill my son Andy I’ll kill you.” He then looked to where Aaron is. ”I’ll meet you one day and explain everything. Now awake from your rest.”

And with that Aaron woke up in the real world. He was levitating over the bed. The book he had was glowing as well. Aaron fell onto the bed. ”ow.” Aaron got up and stretched. Looking at his phone. He realized the date. He was asleep for two whole days. ”This can’t be right. Can it? That dream was only like a few minutes! And it has been two days!?!” Aaron got up off the bed and packed up his things. ”Jenna. Where seen you? It’s time to go home.” He said. He knew Jenna must have been freaked out by this. Aaron would have as well.
