Frostfeather smiled Not if i catch it for you first! he said jokingly. Frostfeather padded of to the fresh kill pile and shuffled around it for awhile to find the best looking hare he could for them to share, it looked like it could feed her kits too if they were already born with there hungry mouths. Frostfeather took it back to the queen and sat next to her to eat, he only took a few bites before sitting up right and looking at the now star-covered sky.

Nightripples nodded and stood to go to the entrance of camp, she sat herself down at the edge looking over at the vast land with trees of all sizes with moon light creeping down on the leafs I'm going to spend my night here, and I couldn't have asked for a better place. she told herself letting the breeze catch her pelt, Nightripple felt she could blend with the sky if she stood very still, so that's what she did.

redleaf sunk into the shadows, which was fairly hard for him due to his thick ginger coat. with a grunt, he made sure the other warriors surrounding them- still awake knew he was there. at least it'd warn off th more cowardly or wise cats. he really wasnt playing around, because if they insulted nightripple, he'd make sure they'd have a consequence. she was now a clanmate, afterall.

smiling, riverstone shuffled closer to the white tom by her side, taking a bite from the prey before looking up at silverpelt. the way the stars twinkled always mesmerized her, and at times she wondered if the stars twinkle got duller as time grew... she wondered if she got duller as she grew- but one thought stuck in the back of her head. even if she did she knew frostfeather would always be by her side, and she at his. she had grown especially close to him recently.

Nightripple swung her head around when she heard a twig snap behind her, it was the tom from before. Nightripple held her breath as he approached I bet you couldn't defend camp from a bee he said insultingly knowing nobody but her and this tom were around she swung her paw at the rude tom to show him, The tom recoiled and hissed Nightripple flattened her ears. The tom looked hurt but she couldn't tell how much blood there was because of the darkness, she spun back around to look at the stars once more.

redleaf gritted his teeth, proud of the way nightripple had replied. he knew she had warrior potential, if only the clan could see it. beebrains. he stalked towards the older tom, finally emerging from the shadows. "what did i tell you?" he hissed, his thick coat bristling.

answering with a nod, riverstone got to her paws. "goodnight." she mreowed, padding towards the nursery. as per usual, a bundle of mewling mossballs were piled at her denmates belly. riverstone curled up in her nest, ignoring the small meows of the other kits. soon she'd have a litter as healthy as that.

redleaf stirred in his nest, light filtering onto his coat. after he had made sure that the scruffy old foxheart of a tom had left nightripple alone, it didnt take him long to go to sleep. he jumped to his paws enthusiasticly, remembering all the things they could do that day.

Nightripple watched the sun rise and wondered if she could leave Nightripple decided to wait till Redleaf came and talked to her. The sun beamed down on the camp nearly blinding her. The sun wasn't even all the way up yet and it was surprisingly bright Nightripple watched as the trees swayed in the wind, nothing had come up that night apart from the tom who was rather uninviting. Nightripple sighed and kept sitting she was exhausted.
