❝can't let this moment end\\late for the love of my life
Sun streaked Shoto's face as she blinked awake. There was rustling in the Todoroki household. Shoot climbed out of bed and nearly stepped on scissors laying aimlessly on her floor. She rubbed her eyes with her fists and walked out into the hall and into the washroom. She looked at herself in the mirror, her greasy hair hung low on her shallow eyes and pale face. She stared at the scar, the one covering most of the left side of her face. She could still hear her mother talking in a dark tone, i hate looking at her left side. She bit her tongue and stepped into the shower. Her daily routine commenced as usual. After she got dressed in the school uniform, she grabbed her bag and was off. She said hello to her neighbours and a couple strangers on her way to the underground subway. Today was a subway day, others were bus days and sometimes she even walked. She wished the school skirts were longer, especially on chilly mornings like these. She kept in mind to wear tights next time. Even though tights were Ochaco's thing. She stopped by a coffeeshop on her way off the subway and bought a muffin for breakfast. She liked to try a lot of different restaurants and cafes for breakfast.
Before Shoto realized, she was at Yuuei. She walked up the gates and into the school. She stopped to talk to some friends and said good morning to others. She turned her head to notice her crush, Izuku Midoriya. The two talked but not as much as Shoto would like. She approached him,
"Morning Izuku! How's your day so far?" She asked. Talking to him came easily for Shoto, almost like a second nature.

"Katsu wake up! You're gonna be late!"
There was always a lot of yelling happening in the Bakugo house, even early in the morning. Katsuki never burned her voice out once, which came to a surprise to her and her parents. She seemed to yell the most.
"I'm ready!" She yelled back when really, she had about one leg out of bed. She dragged the rest of her out and stomped downstairs for breakfast. Quickly scrambled eggs and messily buttered toast was sitting on a plate, probably cold and ready to be consumed. Katsuki ate with grimace but swallowed every bite. After breakfast, she walked into the washroom and to fix her natural spikey hair. After that, she changed from her pyjamas into her school uniform. She persuaded the school to let her wear the boy's pants instead of the standard skirt. Her reasoning: pants are more comfortable, i'm a medium now hand them over.
Her mother drove her to school that morning. She approached the school with a glum mood. Katsuki never really felt happy, sure there were times where she felt good but not exactly happy. She had too much anger to by joyful. She entered the school and immediately saw Todoroki saying something to Izuku. Jealousy filled in her. She walked up behind the two, careful not to interfere but close enough to eavesdrop.
