Easton comforted Emily the best he could for the next few days. He did the best he could to care for her as she hadn't been feeling well. He assumed it was the stress causing her to be ill.
He sat on the couch and waited for Emily to return from the bathroom. He was beginning to worry that she might have the flu or some sort of stomach bug. He smiled slightly as she returned and nodded. "Of course. What kind of boyfriend would I be if I wasn't?" He joked lightly and wrapped a blanket around the both of them before grabbing the TV remote and flipping on the TV. "Wanna watch a movie or something?" He asked lightly, hoping that maybe a movie would cheer her up a little bit.

Emily smiled and laughed lightly shaking her head. “Yeah sure. You pick the movie but nothing with too much blood and guts.” She said. She took in a breath and closed her eyes momentarily. “Easton, in the future you want a family right?” Asked Emily quietly. She slowly looked at him with her big green eyes, She figured that that would be as good of lead in as any. However, she was still so terrified to tell him. A child was a lot to take on and Emily was so worried. They had had so much planned for the future. Plus, after everything money was a little tight at the moment. Emily glanced around the room and carefully put her hair up before looking back at him. She leaned back as she felt slightly sick again.

Easton smiled softly and nodded before flipping through a few channels. He ultimately landed on the movie Jumanji and decided to leave it on that. "Uh, Yea in the future. Why?" He asked cluelessly. He yawned and ran a hand through his hair before resting his hand on his neck. He looked at Emily curiously, wondering what she wanted to talk about.

Emily smiled weakly and nodded. She sighed and glanced around then to the movie as she tried to find the words to tell him. She knew in the future was his obvious answer. She ran a hand through her hair. “I uhh was just wondering. I wanted to make sure.” She said quietly. She got up and closed her eyes tightly as she went to get a drink. When she came back to the room he was in she cleared her throat and took in another breath. Her world felt as if it was spinning around her. “Easton....I am pregnant. I’m so sorry.” Said Emily quietly. She sighed so embarrassed. She leaned against the wall and looked down. She adored kids and definitely want some. Her only problem was that now wasn’t the most ideal time.

Easton nodded carefully and watched the movie. He sighed softly and watched as Emily stood and went to the kitchen for a drink. He looked at her curiously as she returned and cleared her throat. His heart began to race as she spoke. "Wh-what?" He said stumbling over his words for a moment. He then stood up and walked over to her and lifted her chin with his hand. "Look at me, baby, look at me." He spoke carefully and calmly even though he was mentally freaking out. "Are you sure? I- uh- I thought we were safe?" He spoke as gently as he could so he wouldn't upset her.

Emily nodded and sighed. She slowly looked up at him and bit her lip as she tried her hardest not to cry. “I’m sure...I’m sorry. I’ve taken a few tests and they are all positive. I’m sorry.” She said. She pulled away and closed her eyes wiping away a few tears. She felt awful. She ruined everything and now she was going to be dealing with it. She could already develop the strain on their relationship but now she didn’t even want to think about it.”I’m sorry Easton.....” said Emily once again. Those are the only words she could manage to say. She just felt to bad.

Easton sighed softly and reached his hand up to wipe a few tears off her face. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her cheek. "It's okay, baby." He felt his eyes tearing up a little bit, but he took and deep breath and managed to calm himself down. "I know this is all moving so quickly, and I wasn't planning on being a dad so soon, but I won't leave you, I could never." He spoke quietly, refusing to let her go. "I know this isn't gonna be easy, but god Emily you mean the world to me, and I can't let you go." He paused for a moment before leaning back slightly to look into her eyes. "Emily, this is both of our faults. Don't feel bad, or embarrassed in any way." He spoke carefully as his chocolate brown eyes locked onto her own green ones. "Besides, my mom will be ecstatic." He joked lightly with a small smile.

Emily held onto him tightly and nodded. Despite what he said, she still couldn’t help but feel like she had messed up. “Th...th...thank you Easton. I’m lucky to have you.” She said quickly. She took in another breath as she was determined to hold it together. “I love you Easton and while this isn’t going to be easy I know it’s going to work. You’re my everything and I couldn’t imagine losing you. I mean a small part of me thinks it’s a blessing in disguise.” Said Emily as she gently wrapped his arms around his neck. She laughed lightly at Easton’s remark and shook her head. “Hey. You aren’t wrong there. The baby is going to be very spoiled that’s for sure.” Said Emily happily. She lightly leaned up and kissed Easton. When she pulled away she looked into his dark brown eyes again. “Easton..I really want to thank you.” She said meaning every word.

Easton smiled and moved his hand down towards her flat stomach. "I can't believe that I'm going to be a dad..." He spoke softly then moved his hand back to her side. "Honestly, this is really terrifying, but at the same time I can't help but feel some sort of excitement to start a family." He laughed lightly. "Especially with the love of my life." He smiled and leaned down to meet her for a kiss. "I don't know how to tell my mom." He laughed lightly. "Maybe when we invite her for dinner we could break the news that we're together...and then, later on, tell her the other news." He shook his head slightly. "Thank me for what?" He asked, tilting his head slightly.

Emily watched him with a small smile on her face. “I can’t believe I’m going to be a mom but I’m super excited because I know I was meant to be one. It stinks though that I have to stop competing in riding competitions though. I mean I totally understand and I wouldn’t want risk the little ones life.”she said. She bit her lip and softly fixed his hair. “Yeah. I don’t know what to tell her either. But we should do it when we go and visit her. Her birthday is soon so we could get her one of those #1 grandma shirts. It would be so cute. I’m sure she will love it.” Said Emily. Her smile only seemed to grow. “Oh I wanted to thank you for being amazing and sticking by me. I appreciate it and I think you’re going to be an amazing dad.”
