He watched her closely as she stepped into the institute. Smoothing out her skirt, she was an odd one. "This is the only institute in the area." He told her as she rambled about getting lost. "I'm Weylyn Aldertree," he said introducing himself, "there are others around also." He added in. "Don't expect friends right away, friends are made." He added in as he headed towards the kitchen. "Up the stairs, third room on the right." Weylyn added in as he was turned away from her. Then headed into the kitchen to speak to the other two.

Rosemary Fairfox

"I agree." Rose said in agreement to Harper's statment. "I'm curious what she is like, though. " she added in, thinking. She took a bite of her apple, then glanced towards the door as Weylyn walked through.

Lilly Goldenclaw

Lilly smiled happily as she was told his name though got rather confused as he walked away with such a mean statement. She was only trying to be nice. She didn't know anybody there and she didn't feel like an outsider... who was she kidding really, once and outsider, always an outsider. She let out a small sad hum, clutching her suitcase and marching to her room. Her suitcase only really had a few pairs of clothes and mainly made up of weapons. She rummaged around before taking out her katana in it's sheath and hanging it over her shoulder before heading back down to see if she could find anyone.

Harper

Harper raised an eyebrow as he couldn't be interested in the slightest, his gaze shifting sideways to Weylyn as he replied. You know what they say, curiosity killed the cat. Let's think about it this way, if she was a psychopath, you could be in danger. I advise keeping away, I heard she'd highly trained He muttered, taking another biscuit and waving at Weylyn with one simple wave

He leaned against the old stove as he listened to Harper. Then he looked to Rose. "She looks a little odd, Rosie." He said. "You'll see when you see her." He added in. "But I sent her up to the open room upstairs."

Rosemary Fairfox

"...we are all highly trained." Rose said to Harper, tilting her head slightly in confusion. Finishing her apple and putting the core in the compost bin. "And, I still want to see her, odd or not." She said to Weylyn.

Lilly Goldenclaw

Lilly glanced around, grapping the handle of her katana as she looked around, trying to find someone to give her directions but the place seemed basically empty, no shadowhunters in sight. Hellooo? Can anyone show me where the training room is? She asked, looking around, very confused in the hopes of finding someone. Her odd eyes scanned the room, trying to find the guy she met early... the guy who's name she'd already forgotten. She sighed dramatically

Harper

Harper sighed, placing his biscuits on the counter and stretching his arms over his head which showed off his muscles and the dark colour of the runes visible under his thin shirt. If you're so determined, let's go find her. She's probably bored out of her mind with nothing to do like the rest of us He muttered, cursing the clave under his breath. What he wouldn't do to beat every member raged. Stupid rules He muttered, knowing they were quite young but not useless

Rosemary Fairfox

Her hazel eyes watched him closely as he stretched and then spoke to her. "Fine." She said. Standing up and brushing her blue dress off, Rose ran her fingers through her bright red hair and then headed out into the entrance area. Rose watched the girl quietly, looking at her odd skirt. "Honey, were you attacked on the way here?" She asked curiously.

Weylyn watched the two walk out of the kitchen. He moved to the doorway and watched Rose talk to the girl. His eyes then flickered to Harper.

Lilly Goldenclaw

Lilly quickly looked around as she heard footsteps, her grip tightening on her katana before holding it loosely at the sight of the others. She raised a neat eyebrow, scanning the two she hadn't met with her mix match eyes. Erm... No? If I had, I wouldn't be this clean she smiled happily, her gaze shifting to Weylyn with a cold stare. Does anyone know where the training room is. My previous institute was only an eighth of the size of this one!

Harper

Harper stood behind Rose as a protective habit, knowing Weylyn would probably kill him if he tried something like that to him. He wasn't impressed with the new girl, yawning lightly, his gaze shifting to the door. She was a complete airhead with no idea how to act. Boring! he groaned, going to lean in the doorway beside the other male

Rosemary Fairfox

Tilting her head, her bright red braid fell to the side, and the girl furrowed her eyebrows at Lilly's answer about being attacked. Then listened to the girl's question. Rose watched as her gaze shifted to Weylyn with a cold stare, and Rose gave a slight inaudible laugh. The red head then nodded towards the hallway that was behind the stairs, "That hallway, last door on the left." Rose explained to her, hoping she had her own weapons, because Rose was not going to tell her where the weapon room was. She felt a bit safer with Harper flanking her protectively. Rose's eyes moved down to the girl's skirt again, "And, if you need new dresses..." her eyes then traveled back up to the girl's- not looking away because of her different colored eyes-, "...let me know."

Weylyn gave a smirk as the new girl shifted her gaze to him with a cold stare. He watched as Harper stood protectively behind Rose, then moved to the doorway with him. He crossed his arms across his chest, wondering what the other male thought about the girl, until he heard him groan 'boring.' Weylyn's gaze moved to the new girl again.

Lilly Goldenclaw

Lilly nodded happily with a smile, running a hand through her neatly tied hair which allowed it to fall and frame her face, her darker eye being covered as she did. After all, it wasn't exactly a common eye colour. When Rose spoke again about her clothes, she glanced down with one petite hand brushing it down. Oh, I don't really wear dresses. I know it seems inappropriate but I cant possibly train in one without tripping over, plus, I made this dress myself She smiled proudly as she remembered before quickly averting her gaze away from the two boys in the doorway, hitting the palm of her hand against her forehead

Harper

Harper tilted his head at the girl's reaction to the two of them, slowly starting to smirk as he glanced over at Weylyn. You know, I think you've gained another admirer, have fun with that He patted his shoulder smugly before heading back into the pantry as he was completely bored of the situation though he was still tense and ready in case Rosemary needed help

Rosemary Fairfox

"Oh," Rose said in slight confusion on the girl speaking about tripping on her dress while training. "Did your old institute make you train in dresses?" She asked. "We can wear our tight trousers and long shirts, like our gear." She explained. "It is a lot better than having to worry about a dress when training." She gave the girl a slight smile. Maybe this girl isn't too bad, except she was kinda odd for the inappropriate dress otherwise. They could wear tight trousers and longer shirts for training, patrolling, and fighting. Rose always felt more comfortable in her dresses though, she thought they made her frame look better. Rose snapped out of her thoughts and then looked to the girl. "This way, I'll show you to the training room. Answer any other questions you have." Rose said as she began walking to the back hallway.

Weylyn Aldertree

Weylyn watched the girl quietly as she looked to him and Harper. He then looked at Harper as he spoke about gaining another admirer. "Well, great." He murmured and watched Harper walk back into the kitchen. Weylyn leaned against the doorway again as he watched the girls go. "Well, your girl is getting out of your sights. Rosie seems to be kinda warming up to this girl a bit."

Lilly thought for a moment, tilting her head to the side before nodding quickly, running a hand through her hair to keep it from going into her eyes. Yep, they were always saying that we need to blend into our surroundings and act like proper adults unless we made our own clothes- Lilly gestured down to herself with a small. So that's what I did. Her hand moved from her skirt to lightly holding the katana's handle and glancing over at kitchen, giving a happy wave in the direction, keeping her eyes open as she did to make sure she made eye contact before running after Rose

Harper glanced over at him from the side of his eyes. Don't lie, you love being admired, just not the admirers themselves he chuckled after he tease the other boy before taking out an apple and standing next to him as he spoke again, a very faint blush along his cheeks but it faded a second later. She isn't my girl, me and Rosie are just friends he said, punching Weylyn in the chest from where he was standing with a playful warning
