"You're welcome," He said, starting to close the door for her once she had stepped inside. "Sleep well, Alyssa." He said quietly.

"You too Lucas," she said as she walked towards her dresser once the door was closed, closing her eyes with a deep sigh, rubbing the nape of her neck.

He made his way back to the ballroom, remembering the way. He was looking for her parents.

Her parents were communicating with each other, her mothers fingers tapped her elbow.

She picked out a night gown which in her opinion, were the opposite of comfortable. She carefully peeled the tight fitting dress off slipping the night gown on with a soft sigh.

He saw her parents and approached them tentatively.

Her parents gaze shifted to him, her mother gestured him towards them with her hand,"Did Alyssa go to her chambers?"

He took another step closer. “Yes, she did. I walked her there.” He said. “But... uh... I was wondering where I was to sleep?”

His parents exchanged glances before replying,"Well... We have a few guest rooms..."

“I’m really fine with anywhere you have,” Lucas said gently.

They both nodded,"You can honestly sleep wherever, we don't mind."
