Lucas nodded after she had finished speaking, and then glanced back at his parents—who were preoccupied—before following after her.

She led him down a darker hallway, the moonlight shone through the windows, creating a light sparkle.

He followed her down the halls, looking around as he did. Their castle was nice, and it was much like his.

She opened a door, a stone path beginning after a few inches, moonlight illuminated the stones as she continued along the path, looking up at the soft moonlight.

Lucas continued to walk after her, admiring her family’s castle as they walked. When she opened the doors to the outside, he looked up, seeing how bright the moon was. He rarely went outside this late at night, and it felt nice.

The path led them into another door, and she opened it. Apparently her parents had been taking care of it, the garden looked as lively as ever and she sighed in relief as she let a small smile curve her lips.

Lucas smiled, seeing the garden as she opened the door. “It’s beautiful.” He breathed, walking closer to get a better look.

"It's been here for generations. Nobody knows about it except you, me, and my parents," she said as she looked up at the moon with a small smile.

“Oh? Well, I’m honored then.” He said with a smile, still admiring the garden. It was so much better than the one at his own castle, because his garden was pretty much nonexistent.
