Alice nodded and walked away. Jughead just got back to his trailer and took a quick shower before putting on one of the new shirts Betty got him along with sweatpants.

She finished with her shower and put on her new nightgown, it fit her well, and she sent Jughead a message saying it fit.

He saw the text and smiled, sending back that the shirts fit well and were very comfortable. "How are you feeling?" He texted after.

"Bad" she replied.

"My poor baby... anything I can do?" He responded as he sat on his bed.

"No" she replied, sitting on her bed.

"I can always stop texting you if you want." He texted with a sigh.

"No, you're fine" she replied.

"But I don't want to bother you." He texted back as he laid down.
