"Hmm, interesting," he murmured under his breath as he listened to her. Genetics, huh? No surprise there. Luckily it hadn't been caused by something else (what could change one's eyes, he had no clue). He noticed that she seemed slightly uncomfortable after he had asked the question. "I'm sorry if that made you feel uncomfortable or anything." He smiled softly at her. "I was just curious. They're really pretty."

It was true, she had never gone to the annual full moon meeting before. She just saw no point in doing so. No one would want an omega as a mate. She had gone on one the previous year, but had backed out at the last second (they had just arrived to the meeting when she turned tail and ran back). She was surprised that he hadn't taken someone else as his mate since they were probably much prettier, stronger, and better than her. "I-" She was struck speechless.

she sighed " thanks I guess.." she grumbled. Rubbing her arm as she looked at the floor, avoiding looking at his face. She felt embarrassed and awkward " I think they're stupid. " she shrugged " I mean.. who really wants to have eyes like that?"

He frowned slightly at her last two statements. "Really? I think it'd be kind of cool." If he had them, sure, maybe in the beginning he'd be kind of self concious, but he'd eventually learn to accept them. Plus, he might even begin to feel a little special. But he wasn't the one who had different colored eyes. He stepped forward and reached out a hand, tilting her head up so she was looking at him instead of the floor. "Hey, aren't there more interesting things than the floor to look at?"

She barely nodded in response to him. She seemed to be frozen in place when he looked her in the eyes. No matter how much she willed her legs to move, they wouldn't budge. He really was handsome. Deep down, she had always liked him... just a little. Her mind didn't realize what he was doing for a full five seconds. Then, things clicked, and her eyes were wide in surprise. She blinked, not knowing how to react, what was the right thing to do in a situation like this. Would he be mad if she pulled away? Oh, whatever. She wiped the thoughts from her mind and kissed Blaise back, closing her eyes in the process.

Probably better looking than your face " she smirked while trying to hold back a small laugh. Her smirk faded with her want to laugh at his serious expression.. she grabbed his hand and pulled her chin away from it and then pulled her hand away

Before she had realised. .he got inpatient so let out a small needy whine when she didn't kiss back. But when she did he melted. It felt better than he expected to kiss his mate even if she was an omega. He had kissed other girls before but none felt like this..those girls never meant anything to him but she did

"Hmmm? You don't know that for sure." He did want her to like him; how he would make her? He was unsure. It appeared giving her compliments didn't help at all. Based on what he's learned about her so far, she's kind of self-conscious about her eyes. Letting his hand drop down to his side, he laughed dryly at her retort. "I highly doubt that," he glanced down at the floor. It was pretty clean. As much as he hated to admit it, he was a little bit of a clean freak.

His lips were soft... It suddenly dawned on her that this was her first kiss. She had never really had any interest in romance, and even if she did, she was an omega. Everyone despised her and though she was just deadweight to the pack. It was bizarre. Two seconds ago they had been arguing and at each other's throats, and now they were kissing? Love was weird.

If I so much as spill a speck of dirt you'll do a full clean of your home. You're.. alpha like then ' she shrugged a little bit before walking further into the den " I'm guessing I'll be sleeping on the couch " she smiled

"I'm not being 'cutesy'" Loki frowned slightly. Cute? That was the exact opposite of what he was. Out of all the words to describe him, she chose cute. He tensed a little when she pointed out that he was a clean freak. He sucked in a breath. So she had noticed. "Well, I am an alpha," he pointed out. He liked to keep things neat and organized. It saved him a lot of trouble. He rolled his eyes. "Oh, I'm not that bad." He wouldn't clean the whole den... maybe just that one spot. He stepped in front of her, blocking her path. "Couch? We're mates, we can just sleep in the same bed."

She flinched a little. It hadn't hurt- it had just been unexpected. She nodded as she stared up at him with wide eyes. "Okay..." So he would be off duty to spend time with her? She didn't know if she should be happy or a little frustrated about that. She had seen many new sides to him today, and it was beginning to get a little overwhelming. However, she didn't expect him to have such a soft spot. There was a lot more to him than she had thought. She was a little curious when she heard him say something about the alpha having a rogue as a mate. She didn't ask anything about it as she went to the bedroom to where she thought the clothes were. She looked around until she found a bunch of women's clothes in a drawer. Her eyes widened. Could she really wear this? Grabbing the first thing she saw, she quickly changed (not before shutting the door, of course) before going back out to where Blaise was.

If he had been acting cutesy, then he hadn't intended for him to be. It had just... happened. He wasn't aware of what people considered cute, but it could vary among people. He smiled a little, pleased that she had agreed to sleep in the same bed. She wasn't fighting back as much, that was good. He stepped off to the side so he wasn't in her way anymore. She probably hated that. He shrugged. He didn't want to be the one to make all the decisions because he was alpha. If they were mates, then she'd be the alpha just like him. "Whatever you want. I'm free for the week, so you'll be stuck with me for the time being."

If it hadn't been awkward enough before, then it was getting a little too awkward now. Having nothing left to say, Jinx let the silence settle in between them, not knowing how to break it (and she didn't want to). She shifted her weight from one foot to the other, keeping her gaze trained on the floor. "Erm... what now?" She asked while timidly glancing up at him. He was so much taller than her; did he had to get down on his knees to be able to kiss her? He was off for an entire week... She would be stuck with him for an entire week. Hopefully, they (or rather he) wouldn't kill each other (her).

biting her lip softly, she looked down " um..." she thought..what could they do? Would he want to do something romantic and couple like? She didn't know " I don't know...stuff?" She wasn't very good at making choices. Making choices were always a struggle for her. She then met his gaze, she hadn't noticed his eyes before.. probably cause she wanted to claw theM out..they were attractive. She moved closer to him " whatever you want alpha ~" she purred out. She then cleared her throat and bit her lip " i mean, uh whatever you want Alpha" she tried to sound insulting

He minutes nervously, it was scary..having a mate. He needed to please her all the time and with a woman it was a pain in the tail . Would he really be capable of doing so?'
