He crossed his arms over his chest "Then why are your eye closed?" He asked with anger in his tone as he turned away and shapeshifted into a handsome teenage boy "Look when you can, I can't hold this form for too long." He said as he turned back to face her.

She raised a brow and curiously opened her eyes. Her jaw dropped and she shook her head. “Don’t do that. It’s worse. It’s lying of your true identity... which is scarier than being yourself..”

He shrugged and turned back into his clown form "I just don't want you to be afraid of me." He said with a sad sigh and started to walk out of the room with a sad look on his face.

She felt pity but fear at the same time. Her kind self took over and she put her hand out, grabbing his arm. “I-I am... but... I’ll try not to?”

He shook her hand off of his arm and continued to walk "I know you want to go home so go right ahead, I'll be here, staying hidden from reality." He said as he sat down against a wall.

“Well when you put it that way.” She groaned and shook her head. “How do you know that guilt tripping makes me do the opposite of what I want to do?! Oh I forgot... YOU’VE STALKED ME MY WHOLE LIFE?!” She sighed and looked down at him.

He smirked and stood up "I might as well keep you here." He said as he took her arm and walked back into his house "Teenage boy or clown?" He asked her.

She frowned and shook her head as he dragged her in. “Just stay a clown. Is that makeup stuck on you or something?” Her eyebrow raised. She was curious about him, though, she couldn’t help but wonder why he wanted her. There are so many other girls in the world. She wasn’t more important than any others.

He nodded and smiled his signature smile "It's stuck on me, never was fond of it but hey life is life." He said with a slight chuckle as he sat down on his couch.

She awkwardly smiled and slowly sat up against a wall. She wrapped her arms around her legs and she hid her face in her knees. She was tired but she wouldn’t dare sleep when she was surrounded by darkness and there was a creep staring at her.
