Jack
After he was finished with his drink, Jack threw away his cup and walked out of the cafe. He went to the park to go relax a little since there was nothing to. He could go clean up his house, but that would just make him stressed. Jack saw a few kids running around and play tag. They seemed so happy and lively. Only if he could be like that. A thought then popped up in Jack's head which caused him to laugh a bit out loud. He made himself invisible and went into his demon/soul collector form. He flew up into the air and looked down at his target. "I'm sorry that I'm about to do this." He snatched the kid and made them invisible too. He silenced the child and flew away and went into the woods to kill the kid.

L E X A N I

Lexani sat on a bench and looked around, watching people talk, walk and watched as some cars drove past. Her mind was finally off of Jack’s sudden change in eye color but it was still in the back of her head. She played around with her phone a bit and sat silently on the bench.

Jack

Once the kid was dead he did his usual thing. He sighed and reappeared at the park. His hands were a bit shaky so he took a few deep breaths. He sat down on a bench and looked around. He sat there for a like a minute or two before running off to his house. When he got there, Jack shut the door and then locked it. This all over whelmed him. He walked into his bedroom and laid on his bed. "Why do I have to be like this!?" He asked himself. Jack would always complain to his father about being a demon and a soul collector. Jack sighed and rested his head on his pillow, hoping a good night's rest will make him better.

Lexani was just going in and out of shops, looking around the area to distract her from being bored and having nothing to do. Finally it was getting dark outside and she started heading home, to get ready to go to sleep. She quickly entered her house and changed, brushed her teeth than set an alarm to wake up the next morning. Lexani jumped into bed and cuddled under her covers, letting out a small satisfied sigh.

Jack

When it became morning, Jack got out of bed and got ready for the day. He walked out of his home and went to town. He planned on going to the cafe again. When he got there he waited in line and thought about his order. "I would like one crescent and one ice tea please." He said when he got to the front of the line. Jack paid for his food and drink, then he went over to the table he was at yesterday. He sat down and ate.

Lexani woke up and quickly took a shower and after she changed into some casual clothes. She slipped on her shoes before heading to the cafe that she always went to in the morning. She ordered her usual warm coffee and noticed Jack there. She had the urge to ask him why his eyes had turned a different color, and so she decided she should. Lexani slipped into the seat across from him and sipped her coffee before speaking. “Hey”, she said with a smile.

Jack was deep into thought and didn't notice Lexani walking over to his table and sitting down across from him. When she said hey it startled him. "Oh, um hi." He said looking at her. "You nearly gave me a heat attack." He smiled at her. "So what is it that you want?" He asked tilting his head to the right slightly.

She let out a small laugh when he said she startled him just by saying hi. “Well I came to ask you something”, she said and took a short pause. “This might sound weird so don’t laugh”, she said in a serious tone. “I wanted to ask why your eyes changed color yesterday? When I first met you, they were hazel and all of a sudden they were yellow when I passed by you”, she stated, taking another sip of her coffee.

"I-it's nothing!" He did a innocent smile. "It must have been the sun you know." He said kinda fast. Jack got up and held his tea cup. "I think I need to go." He said and walked out of the cafe. He was freaking out on the inside and a bit mad that his eyes turned yellow. He mumbled something to himself and looked around, seeing if anything interesting was going on. There was nothing. He sighed and headed towards the woods.

Lexani noticed how fast he spoke, and she knew something was up. He suddenly walked off and she followed him, wanting to find out what he was hiding. She tried to quietly follow him but she kept stepping on leaves and twigs.
