"I don't really care if she is not happy. I just think it is odd. She always used to act like she did not really like me or you so my question is, why does she care?" He asked and walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her waist.

“I dunno. Maybe she just feels motherly. Remember when I shaved her hair off?” She turned around and hugged him.

He kept his arms around her and laughed a little. "Ya. I do. That was really funny. I enjoyed that." He said and held her close.

“I hate how everyone thinks I am not capable. Just because my sister is a lawyer or doctor or whatever doesn’t mean I can’t be as successful.” She shrugged and hugged him tighter.

"I think you can easily be successful. It will take some effort but so would any other job." He said to her and held her close. "It will be okay."

“I love you.” She said to him, breaking free from the embrace and staring at the Eiffel Tower. “A-are you sure though?”

He let her go. He looked at the Eiffel tower. "I love you too and I am positive." He said to her.

“Well, we have to go down and eat dinner with them.” She shrugged, hearing her mother call her name. “Let’s go.”

He took her hand and started to walk downstairs. He went to the table and pulled out a chair for her. He was always so sweet to her.

“Thank you, love.” She sat down, smiling. She saw her sister’s husband come down with Emmi, which would probably always be painful, even if she moved on. She grabbed Lukas’ hand.
