"Great. I am excited." He said looking at her. Lukas was glad they were going to try this.

El laughed. “Not as much as me.” She said, smiling.

Lukas looked at her. "I don't know about that. I thought for sure you would have an amazing boyfriend by now." He said to her.

[ptolemaea]

“Naw, Y’know the guys now are mostly fake and stuff. You aren’t.” She smiled at him. “Want me to walk you back to your house?”

"You can if you want. You do not have to though. It is right next door." He said to her. "I am glad that you don't think I am fake. I really try not to be." He said.

She smiled at him. “Oh, and make sure you never wear those pants that are like, so ripped it’s one piece of fabric, and they’re so loose that it shows your boxers.” She rolled her eyes and took his hand.

"Those are my favorite pants. I wear them a lot when I am around my apartment." Lukas said with a smile and held her hand and stood up. "They are the most comfortable pants that I own." He said and started out heading towards his apartment.

Cass heard them talking and wondered what was going on.

El smiled. “I’ll let it pass since you like it so much. But maybe not in public.” She said, looking over. She turned back to him and smiled again.

"I won't wear them in public and especially not when I am with you." He said and unlocked the door and walked inside. "I am glad we we are going to try this El." He said looking at her. He pulled her close.

“Me too.” She said, leaning even closer towards him. “Really glad.”
