draco woke up feeling terrible. the worst he's ever felt waking up. his head was pounding, and his muscles were sore. it was quick for him to remember that the full moon was the next day. he slowly began to sit up, although his body protested against it. he suddenly became fully aware of where he even was. oh, right, he had fallen asleep on harry's couch.

after getting bitten, draco had nowhere to go. his parents weren't sure if they were able to handle a werewolf for a son despite what they've been through beforehand. he was allowed to stay over at his harry's place until his parents made up their mind. now it was almost a month since that happened.

memories of the past month flooded into his mind. he still couldn't believe everything that had happened. soon after the battle of hogwarts was over, draco poured all of his feelings onto harry. he just wasn't in the right mind at the time. what he didn't expect was harry to return those feelings. he wasn't sure on how to take the news. they weren't officially together, but he couldn't call themselves friends either. things were very tense, not to mention awkward, between the two.

a few days afterward, he'd gotten bitten by a werewolf. it got away before he could identify who the werewolf was, and he was quickly rushed to st. mungo's. some people say the werewolf was from greyback's pack while others say it was greyback himself. they've all told him that was his family's punishment for changing alliances at the last second of the battle. whatever the reason was, he hated this. he didn't want to be a werewolf, a monster. draco wasn't sure if he could last living like this.

standing up, he decided to look around the kitchen and rummaged through cupboards and the refrigerator. hopefully, there was something for him to eat. maybe some tea or coffee to wake him up. he didn't care about what harry would think if he saw him like this, he just wanted something to eat.
